Will I get hit?
Not if you don’t want to. At TITLE Boxing Club, you’ll get fit without the hit. These are fitness classes using 100 pound heavy bags. A professional boxer, kick boxer or mixed martial artists will teach you the best techniques for a total body workout.
I don’t want to be a fighter, does that matter?
Not at all! In fact, most of our members have no interest in fighting. They simply want to see real results fast and be inspired to go to the gym. Our classes are taught by professional fighters, which keeps them having fun and coming back for more. Each Power Hour class can help you lose up to 1,000 calories.
Who belongs to TITLE Boxing Club?
We have women, men, children and adults.
Can I try a class before I commit?
Of course. We’re so sure you’ll love this unique way to get in shape, your First Shot is Free. Just print off a coupon, check out the schedule and come to the gym. Arrive 20 minutes early to meet with our gym staff, so we can get you ready. This is for first time visitors only.
What equipment do I need?
You don’t need anything. We have gloves on hand for you to use while you’re here. When you join, you’ll probably want your own personal pair. We have a TITLE Boxing store onsite to purchase equipment and clothes, and you can also use our online store.
What should I wear or bring?
Come ready to work out! This is not your local fitness center; there are no locker rooms. We just have a restroom. Wear what you normally would to exercise, and we recommend that you bring a towel and a bottle of water.
How early should I arrive for a class?
Members should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early in your workout wear and ready to go. You’ll need the extra time to get your hands wrapped and get your gloves on. Visitors should arrive 20 minutes early to check in with a manager before the class starts.
What are the classes like?
Each class lasts one hour and varies in intensity and style, but they all share a common threadintensive full body training. You will never get hit in a fitness class, but you will hit and kick 100 pound heavy bags. All classes are taught by professional boxers, kick boxers and mixed martial artists. You’ll learn the fundamentals and techniques from a pro, and low and high impact workouts are available to fit any fitness and skill level.
