Total body boxing workouts (which require hand wraps and gloves) will have you boxing like a pro. Step into the boxing heavy bag station and get ready for a workout that will prepare you to fight for your fitness.

  • THE WARMUP: You will get your blood pumping with a complete range of exercises including shadow boxing, stretching, calisthenics, and cardio drills to prepare your body for striking the heavy bag.
  • THE ROUNDS: Your trainer will lead you round after round on the heavy bags. You will experience technique drills with jab, hook, cross and upper cut punch combinations on the heavy bag, and fat-blasting fun during the rounds!
  • CORE AND COOL DOWN: You’ll use work out gear and body resistance to strengthen your core and sculpt your body. Cool down with floor work and toning exercises.
