In just six weeks Brian and Jen have lost pounds and inches. The secret to their success? TITLE Boxing Club, and each other.
“I always go with Jen,” explains Brian. “We keep each other motivated.”
“I joined because Brian made me,” laughs Jen. “And to get fit and lose weight.”
The combination of boxing and kickboxing classes three times a week is paying off. Brian has lost 13 pounds and two inches off his waist while Jen has lost seven-and-a-half pounds and an inch-and-a-half off her waist.
The fast paced, hard workouts are what keep them going. In fact for Brian, it’s a welcome change from weightlifting.
“I used to lift weights and it would take up to two hours. I felt like I was devoting my life to working out,” explains Brian. “At TITLE Boxing Club, I get a great workout and I’m in and out in an hour. It’s an intensive, fun physical workout.”
Jen agrees, “The energy and pace of the classes are what I enjoy most and I know that it’s working. I’m getting fit and not only losing weight, but keeping it off.”
While the instructors push the two to work harder, there’s one thing the couple aren’t losing time with each other.
“We’re not only seeing continual improvement in our fitness, we’re strengthening our relationship since we’re doing something together that we both enjoy,” says Brian.
Jen agrees, “We like doing things together and it’s even more fun to watch each other’s progress.”
