We get asked lots of questions at TITLE Boxing Club. We understand- our classes are so much fun and different than most fitness centers. So, when people ask, “Will I lose weight at TITLE Boxing Club?”, we know how to respond.

First, we say “YES!” If losing weight is your goal, then you have found the best place to do so.

We help our members reach many different goals. Some members want to strengthen their core, some aim to improve their self confidence and others want to renew their energy. Many members do want to lose weight, and our trainers are experts at helping them shed the pounds.

We have stories from people who saw results from all sorts of goals. They all shared the results they noticed right away and some told us the lasting benefits they’ve noticed even a year into their membership at TITLE Boxing Club!

Kelly lost 6 pounds in less than 2 months. She committed after just one class.     Losing weight is not an easy task. You need to be prepared physically, and mentally. There is a ton of work, and a lot of hurdles along the way. You can lose weight, and you can make it easier on yourself, the trick is to make sure you’re dedicated to it.

    I’m sure that in any case where you eat right, and workout regularly you can lose weight. It’s not as simple as just getting in exercise, you need to make sure that you’re eating right, and maintaining a good balance of health and exercise.

    I just went over the one month mark and I haven’t lost any weight even though I go 4 times a week. I eat less too.
