    Its hard not to eat candy that is just sitting around but keeping in shape is also very important. I need to figure out what I’m going to wear for Halloween this year speaking of costumes.

    I love everything about fall outside of the amount of calories all the fall food has in it. No one wants to look bad in their Halloween costume or in their regular clothes. It is very important to keep on track and stick to your workout routine.

    Staying away from candy isn’t the tricky part for me, I’m not one for much candy. What gets me is my grandma’s popcorn balls. Those things are dangerously good.I’m glad she only makes them for Halloween. So other than deciding what I’m going to be for Halloween, the popcorn balls seem to be my only problem/weakness.

    These are some great tips to keep you from eating all those pieces of candy before you have to slip into that power rangers costume–that somehow fit better in high school–and go to that big party! Stay safe during this Halloween and be sure to watch you alcohol consumption, because that can add on the extra poiunds if you’re not careful!

    This is why you have to dress up as a pumpkin if you end up eating too much candy before Halloween! If there aren’t any pumpkins available to disguise you, maybe just listen to the tips provided here!
