Fitness is about more than trying to attain a “summer body”. Fitness is truly a journey that starts on the inside when you commit to yourself that you want to make a change in your life. When you change on the inside, you see results on the outside. This is true physically, emotionally and mentally. We pride ourselves on strengthening our TITLE Fam because we believe community is crucial when creating a positive environment for every walk of life to make a change.
We’re so fortunate to have an overwhelming amount of amazing members who inspire us every single day. We’re sharing their stories and journeys with you in the hopes that their story inspires you as much as they’ve inspired us!

Crystal from TITLE Boxing Club San Diego North Park
No matter what brings you to the club, we’re in your corner and there to support you every step of the way to meet and exceed your goals. Crystal joined our San Diego North Park club during a hard time in her life. Taylor, the General Manager at the club, shared the transformation she’s seen in Crystal. “Over the last year, I have seen her transform into a much healthier and happier person. When she walks into TITLE, her presence lights up the club. Crystal is not afraid to share her story with others in hopes that it will help someone and change their life the way TITLE did for her. It makes me happy knowing how much this place means to her and that she knows her TITLE family will always be there for her.”
For Crystal, TITLE Boxing Club is a place where she can be her authentic self. “Trainer Nate says, ‘Your pace is your pace.’ TITLE doesn’t treat you like a number; here, you are family. The trainers pay attention to detail and do their absolute best to accommodate everyone’s varying abilities throughout classes, regardless if you are taking your first class or your 500th class. All they ask is that you keep going. Trainer JoSalle, ‘Always keep your hands up, always stay moving.’ The type of motivation the trainers provide makes you want to give it your all, and it’s impossible not to leave the club dripping with sweat, no matter your skill level.
TITLE is my happy place, safe place and saved my life place. For years, I‘ve struggled with depression and alcoholism. Currently, I’m six months sober, and the best version of myself that my family and friends have ever seen. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I have always been fit, but never quite reaching my full potential. Now, I am healthier, stronger, and simply laugh and smile more. TITLE has played a significant role in the process and the progress. When Taylor says that ‘you can do anything,’ you believe it, and push your limits only to surprise yourself and want to push a little harder. TITLE is more than a gym…it is a community, a team, a family.”

Troy from TITLE Boxing Club Oviedo
Troy is a true example of what it means to be a part of the TITLE Fam. He’s dedicated, positive and inspiring! Troy joined TITLE Boxing Club Oviedo at the beginning of 2017 and been a true example of dedication and positivity in the club ever since. “Troy come to every 5:15am class and sometimes he comes twice a day. He’s always very awake at 5am and always walks in with a smile on his face, ready to box! He compliments all the trainers and gives great feedback,” said Danielle, the club’s Graphics Director.
When asked why Troy loves TITLE Boxing Club and what keeps him dedicated, he said, “The trainers encourage ‘iron sharpens iron.’ One man sharpens another. That’s exactly what boxing does, it makes you sharp, it keeps you focused. It’s all about one man helping another and that’s exactly what the trainers do. They’re inspiring and the workouts are killer.”

Hannah from TITLE Boxing Club Omaha

Life Inspired Photography
Similarly to Crystal, Hannah was attracted to TITLE Boxing Club because of the physical and emotional benefits of the workout. For years she struggled with weight fluctuation. She would lose 15 pounds and then gain it back. The thing that worked the best for her was when she finally found her “why”. “I have come to the realization that for me to commit to doing something and to keep doing it, I have to understand what I’m getting out of it, and it has to be really concrete. It has to be worth it for me. It has to connect.”
After realizing her “why” is that she no longer wants to live in fear, she was able to drop 60 pounds and be her healthiest self at 41 years old. “When I first went to TITLE Boxing Club, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do it, but I went anyway. I learned that it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. It turns out that the fear was bigger and more painful than actually just doing the class. I couldn’t believe how hard I could hit the bag. It felt really good.” Hannah didn’t just defeat her weight struggles, she defeated her fear and that translates into all aspects of her life, not just fitness. “Today, I’m not afraid. I rarely feel that feat that ruled my life, and that’s a gift from boxing.”
