Get the best of both worlds in this Fire and Ice 75 minute boxing and yoga class designed to make you burn it up and then cool it out. Structure of class: Lizzy – 15 minutes of warm-up followed by 8 rounds of burn it up boxing combos, then Lana will take over the next 4 rounds of yoga and 7 minutes of core yoga and 7 minutes of relaxation to cool down. Kombucha will be served after the class. $35 for non- members includes wraps and loaner gloves. Free for members!
