Trainer/Staff Bio
Marguerite started as a member at TITLE 5 years ago before she became a coach. She has always had a love for fitness. She has had her NASM personal training certification for 5 years and is also a NASM certified nutrition coach.
My personal mantra
The only thing stopping you from success is yourself. No excuses.
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
I started at TITLE as a member and become addicted to the club and to boxing in general. As I learned more and more in the health/fitness world, I realized I wanted other people to achieve that feeling of accomplishment that I felt after a workout. I enjoy helping people fight their battles and let out what they need to let out. Boxing has done that for me, and teaching others how to box and blow off some steam on the bag is one of the most rewarding things for me. My goal is to help everyone to be and feel like the best version of themselves.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I’m always looking to better myself and others and learning new things.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Laura started at the front desk and currently works as our manager/trainer extraordinaire! She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a continuing educational certificate in nutrition. Laura always strives to put her best foot forward to inspire and teach others.
My personal mantra
Don’t cheat yourself!
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
Because I always believe in what I do!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I am a single mother of three whom aspires to lead by example.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Dashaun boxed in the Amateurs for 8 years and has won several titles, including a National Title Championship in 2016. He made his Professional Boxing Debut in 2018 and has gone 4-1 as a professional boxer. Dashaun is a certified USA Boxing Coach. He has experience training a wide variety of people with differing aspirations. As a professional athlete, he comprehends how hard it can be to get into shape and maintain that physique. He desires to make the training experience enjoyable to motivate people to push themselves and ensure training will be done consistently.
My personal mantra
Let’s do this! I have a personal philosophy that people should believe in themselves and their abilities. We all have what it takes to achieve our dreams within us, it’s all about having the internal belief that you are stronger than what you believe to be. I find a lot of people lack self-confidence and self-motivation and I strive to help build that up in my classes so they have an “I can do it” attitude and feel good about themselves even when they leave the gym.
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
I became a trainer at TITLE because I love boxing and want to help others. Boxing is something I am passionate about and love that it is a full body work-out that isn’t boring. Being able to help others fall in love with the sport, whether it be just for a fitness workout or for those who want to compete, is one reason why I enjoy conducting my classes.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I get my fighting spirit outside of TITLE from my family. My little brother has Autism, and my uncle has sickle-cell anemia, so I see the battles that they have to go through every day, in addition I also work doing sport for social development with the homeless and working with people who are less fortunate. I feel that I am blessed, and these things makes me want to be a better person and a role model to others. Therefore, I don’t give up and where I get the strength to continue to be strong while turning my dreams into reality.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Pedro is our newest trainer. As a kid, he’s always loved sports and when he was younger, he played a lot of football and basketball. As he got older, he realized he wanted to get into a sport that was more 1 on 1; that’s when he got into boxing and knew it was perfect for him. He feels that the discipline that comes along with boxing keeps him in check both physically and mentally. Pedro became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer 2 years ago and has a wide range of knowledge in weight and bodyweight training. His goal is to make every class and training session as fun and effective as possible!
My personal mantra
If it doesn’t burn, it doesn’t work.
My training style is:
fun
My why:
I want to reach my fullest potential and pass my knowledge onto others.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I like to learn new things and there’s always someone around you that can teach you something you didn’t know!

Trainer/Staff Bio
My love for fitness has been with me my whole life. I am athletic and have always been into fitness and staying healthy.I played college basketball and softball. I started karate when I was 3 years old until high school with a brown belt. For fun I like doing Spartan Races and have completed my trifectia numerous times. I started taking boxing classes at the gym and wanted to learn more and I became interested in the sport. After I became a trainer at Title I then got my ISSA CERTIFICATION in personal training. I am going to Queens College for my Bachelor degree in Physical Education and looking forward to my future.
My personal mantra
Someone has to be the best in the world, why not you? -Ronda Rousey
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
I started as a member at Title and then got interested in learning how to box and got addicted to teaching. I then got certified in personal training and continuing to work on my technique. I also work with a WBC champion named Heather Hardy. She helped me become a better teacher and understanding the basics of boxing . She is my role model and a great boxing instructor.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Sometimes, life will kick you around, but sooner or later, you realize you’re not just a survivor. You’re a warrior, and you’re stronger than anything life throws your way.
