Warm Up

The best HIIT workout of your life starts with trainer-led shadow boxing, cardio drills, and stretches that get your heart pumping. When you come to TITLE Boxing Club College Park, you’ll begin each class with a solid stretch and calisthenics. This prepares your body for punching or kicking the heavy bag during the rest of your boxing workout. Think: lunges, squats, shadow boxing, jumping jacks, and more.

The Rounds

Each of our boxing workouts in College Park, TX consist of 3-minute rounds. During the rounds, our trainers will lead you through a series of punches and kicks on a 100-pound heavy bag. Remember, it’s just you vs. the bag – we’re not going to pair you up with an opponent. We’ll tell you, show you, and teach you how to execute each move throughout the boxing class. Don’t worry if you’ve never boxed before – our trainers will show you the ropes!

Active Rest

Between each round, we’ll keep your mind and your body engaged with a 1-minute active rest period. You can challenge yourself and push your limits during this period, or you can take a quick water break and jump right into the next round. Whatever you need to do – this time is for you. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, try adding lower body exercises between the rounds of hitting the heavy bag!

Core & Cool Down

You’ll wrap up your full-body boxing workout with the hardest, most sculpting portion of our class – Core & Cool Down. Through this part of your boxing class, our trainers will lead you in a strengthening and toning abdominal workout that is designed to define your core. Finish your boxing class strong by using our weighted medicine balls to do a variety of exercises that target your abs and give your body that final burn.
