These dinner ideas are for real, fit, fun families. They don’t take long to make, won’t cost you a fortune and they definitely aren’t chicken-and-broccoli-boring. Whether you have picky eaters, hungry teenagers, or are trying to eat just a little bit healthier this year, we’ve got five practical ideas ready for you. All you need to do is grab the ingredients, find 30 minutes, and get ready to eat like fit kings and queens.

Taco Salad Bar

Sauté ground beef, chicken or turkey with taco seasoning, then lay out ingredients like shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, peppers, onions, cheese and jalapenos for a mega-nutritious and tasty taco salad bar. Top with salsa, sour cream, guacamole and tortilla strips and everyone in the family gets to create their own perfect version of taco salad!

Grilled Salmon and Quinoa

Marinate salmon filets in your favorite sauce, or simply season with salt and pepper, then sauté on the stovetop or grill. Pair your salmon with crunchy quinoa for a protein-packed dinner everyone will devour.

Oven Roasted Chicken & Veggies

Roasting Italian-seasoned chicken breasts in the oven for 25-30 minutes, surrounded by lots of colorful veggies is our most favorite (and easiest) way to get a meal on the table fast for the whole family. This method is even great for meal prepping on Sundays!

Anytime Egg Burritos

Sauté diced sweet potatoes in coconut oil, scramble some eggs, add in spinach and cheese, then roll up into a whole wheat burrito for a quick and healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner! These go-to egg burritos are filled with healthy fats, protein and fiber to fuel your day.

Steak Caesar Salad

Make your whole family feel fancy by topping a fresh Caesar salad with tender grilled steak slices. Add in kale or spinach to your salad for even more green nutrient power.
