Meet Taylor, San Diego’s Top Trainer & a TITLE Trainer with Heart!

Taylor Merritt grew up in Chicago, Illinois, where she met her high school sweetheart, Spencer. They have been married for three years and have a daughter named Marlie. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Health Education from DePaul University. Taylor has been a certified personal trainer for four years. She became a member of TITLE Boxing Club back in Chicago seven years ago and has been boxing ever since. Upon moving to San Diego in 2013 with her husband, she met Corey and Chris, the owners of TITLE Boxing San Diego. She has been with TITLE Boxing Club San Diego since it has opened as the head trainer and has now been promoted to General Manager. While managing all aspects of the club, she continues her true passion; teaching classes and training clients. Taylor will make you sweat, push you to your limit and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

This girl loves to workout with me 😍💪🏼slowly getting back at it. Body is feeling 100% 2 weeks postpartum. She loves to be moving which is no surprise lol she’s just like her parents. I did 30 min on the treadmill at incline 4. Then some biceps, triceps, shoulder press, lunges and squats !

Taylor lives by these 3 mottos:

The most important project you will ever work on is you!

The body is a machine and when you train it you learn so much about yourself along the way.

Fall in love with the process and the results will come.

Lunch is served… 30 mins ago and I’m just getting to it // 😂 Picked up this bagged salad mix at #Boneys yesterday and it was nice to just toss it together for a quick and easy lunch.
