Ashley C.
Ashley is a former athlete from Alexandria, VA with a huge passion for sports and competition that once included ice skating, tennis, track, basketball, and volleyball.
As a youth, Ashley decided to pursue volleyball at a high-level, traveling for various club teams in the NOVA area for over seven years. She also went on to play in college until her sophomore year, when an ACL knee injury ended her career early. Not letting this set her back, Ashley went on to graduate from Marymount University.
She later fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of TITLE Boxing Club after her first class years ago. After mastering the basics of boxing and kickboxing, Ashley wants to share her new-found passion with people in all stages of life. Whether you’re an MMA fighter or a mom of two, her playful and powerful approach is for all skill levels.
My personal mantra:
Your biggest competition is looking at you in the mirror.
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
I became a trainer at TITLE Boxing because I believe every jab, cross, and kick encourages mental and physical growth. While my workouts are focused on building strength and flexibility, increasing your mental focus, and keeping you quick on your feet, my class provides you with the space you need to be fully present in your body during every round so you can stop thinking about your day to day stresses. I want you leaving my class feeling positive, empowered, and sweaty!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
My parents, my sisters, and my Fiancé
