Biography
Stephanie has been an athlete her entire life, with a competitive background in lacrosse, basketball, dance, and cheerleading. Her passion for fitness and teamwork shines through in every class she teaches. At TITLE, Stephanie is committed to helping members build confidence, sharpen their boxing skills, and become stronger—both physically and mentally. She creates an energetic, supportive environment where everyone feels challenged, encouraged, and empowered to reach their goals while having fun along the way. Biography
Lance has been a lifelong martial artist, stepping into the boxing ring at just 16 years old and beginning his Muay Thai career at 20. Years of training and competition have shaped not only his skills as a fighter, but also his passion for teaching and sharing the knowledge he’s gained through the combat sports he’s dedicated his life to. As Lance continues pursuing his goal of becoming a professional combat sports athlete, he brings that same drive, discipline, and intensity into every class he leads. He strives to be a positive influence and a strong leader, helping members build confidence, resilience, and skill—just as these sports have done for him. For Lance, boxing and Muay Thai aren’t just training methods—they’re a community, a lifestyle, and a place he proudly calls home.

Maddie Selinsky
Biography
Maddie has been a proud TITLE Boxing Club member for over four years and is thrilled to step into the role of instructor. She first discovered boxing as a way to push herself outside of her comfort zone, and it quickly became a true passion. The sport challenged her both physically and mentally, and now she’s excited to help others experience that same transformation. By day, Maddie is a teacher and volleyball coach, where motivating, instructing, and helping people grow is second nature. She brings that same energy into every class—creating a positive, high-energy environment that encourages members to work hard, have fun, and believe in themselves. In Maddie’s class, you can expect encouragement, intensity, and a workout that pushes you to be your best. She’s excited to bring her love for boxing to the bags and help you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.

Laya Kumar
Biography
Meet Coach Laya – Born and Raised at TITLE! Laya first stepped into TITLE Boxing Club as a bright-eyed four-year-old, mesmerized by the sound of gloves hitting heavy bags and the energy of the ring. By the time she was six, she finally got her own pair of gloves — and she’s never looked back! After 11 years of training with championship-level fighters, Laya has grown into a phenomenal boxer and kickboxer with the same fire and focus she had as a kid. Her infectious smile, uplifting energy, and love for the sport light up every class she leads. For Laya, becoming a coach at TITLE is a dream come true — a full-circle moment in the very place she grew up. Outside the ring, Laya shines just as bright — she’s an assistant director for her school’s news team, a talented flutist, and an ace tennis player.

Quinn Mcmullen
Biography
Quinn is a former football and lacrosse athlete who discovered a strong passion for boxing at the age of 15. Inspired by Vasyl Lomachenko’s creativity, Quinn quickly fell in love with the sport’s combination of skill and discipline. After competing in multiple fights, he developed a deep appreciation for the mental toughness and physical conditioning boxing requires. Today, Quinn channels that same drive into helping others reach their full potential. With a strong commitment to health and fitness, he strives to empower every member to grow stronger, move smarter, and unlock their inner fighter—both on and off the heavy bag and in and out of the ring.

Jeffrey Wagner
Biography
Jeff has been passionate about sports and fitness his whole life, finding a love for physiology and exercise science during his time at the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. After college, he expanded his focus to therapeutic massage, blending movement and recovery to promote overall wellness. When he discovered the health benefits of boxing training, Jeff found a powerful new way to share his passion for health and fitness. At TITLE Boxing Club, he combines his knowledge of the body with a love for movement and mindfulness, helping members challenge themselves while staying grounded. Outside the gym, Jeff enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, and exploring how mind and body work together to build strength and balance.

Jim Gibbons
Biography
Jim comes from a boxing family and started boxing at the Kronk in Detroit at the age of 11. He boxed throughout his teens but had to put his passion on the shelf to take care of family. Years later, after having kids of his own, the passion was re-ignited as his children adopted the same love for the sport as their father. Jim now brings his love for boxing to the TITLE family, and considers it a complete 180, and a privilege to share his knowledge and passion of the art with others.

I DON’T OWN A PAIR OF BOXING GLOVES. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required for class. Both can be purchased at all locations, and boxing gloves are available for rent at participating clubs.
WILL I GET PUNCHED?
Our classes are all about you and the heavy bag. We focus on fitness, technique, and fun, with no contact or sparring at any location.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Of course! Classes are always better with a friend! Feel free to bring a buddy—just be sure they’re signed up for class ahead of time.

TITLE Boxing club is the best of all worlds. Our main offering is boxing fitness classes that are designed to maximize your workout and improve your boxing skill in a fun, inspiring environment. In addition, TITLE Boxing Club locations do offer private training and small group training in our training area.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY FIRST CLASS
For your first class, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes early. This gives us time to teach you the basic punches, get you set up with any necessary equipment, and show you around the club. Arriving early ensures you feel confident, prepared, and ready to get the most out of your first class.

Every class is a full-body workout on your own heavy bag—targeting your arms, core, and legs. After a quick warmup, you’ll go through 8 high-energy rounds with active recovery in between. Each round builds your fitness and boxing skills through a mix of technique, conditioning, and power. Every class wraps up with a core and strength finisher, leaving you stronger, faster, and more energized.
