For those who want to take their workout to the next level, our boxing gym in Forest Hills offers personal training sessions where our trainers will inspire you to become the champion of your life. Improve your boxing, kickboxing, or MMA technique and accelerate your results by working one-on-one with an experienced trainer. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and become the warrior you’ve always wanted to be – we’ll help you get there. If you’re looking for a more traditional private training experience, we also have free weights and cardio equipment.

 

Kickboxing Classes

Ready to keep your body guessing? The kickboxing classes at TITLE Boxing Club Forest Hills are designed to cause you to work every part of your body. During our kickboxing classes, you’ll have to dig deep and use your personal power to throw everything at the heavy bag. Each of our kickboxing workouts will lead you through a series of 3-minute rounds where you’ll focus on your legs, glutes, and calves while adding an extra layer of intensity to our boxing workout.
