Trainer/Staff Bio
Alyssa moved to Colorado in Feb of 2015 from Long Island, New York where she was born and raised. After a year hiatus from martial arts and working at a physical therapy office for 6 months, she missed the excitement of teaching and decided it was time to get back into it. She found TITLE Boxing Club, came in to take a class, and fell in love. From a young age, she has always been into athletics. She developed an interest in Martial Arts at the age of 14 and signed up at a local MMA school where she excelled quickly and starting instructing. Over the course of her training, she has won multiple tournament style competitions, and obtained her black belt and instructor certification. Outside of training Alyssa also volunteered as an EMT at her local fire department. Currently, she is a certified NASM personal trainer with a specialization in Corrective Exercise. She is passionate about helping others improve on their technique as well as achieving their fitness goals. Come on by and try out one of her classes today!

Great workout head to toe – cardio, muscle building, losing weight…it’s all right here. And the camaraderie you build with other members is second to none.

Workouts are fun and taking your stress out by hitting a heavy bag is awesome.
