Loreina Salalila, better known as Vialoraine, is an online social media personality and video game content creator.
HIIT, the abbreviation for high-intensity interval training, is my preferred training method. During HIIT, you perform to exhaustion or near to your max strength, and then rest until fully recovered. Cardio can get boring, while every HIIT session hits different.
Working out is just another way of moving our body, connecting with it through training, as we do with our intellectual and emotional intelligence.

Gaming and Fitness go hand in hand really. Proper nutrition and exercise improve mood, increase tolerance for stress, increase resilience, increase motor functioning and accelerated learning. When faced with setbacks, whether it be in a game or getting one more rep in, practicing resilience by bouncing back quickly and continuing to work towards my goals. Remember that failure is not the end; it is just a step on the path to success..

Introducing Coach David, a San Francisco native who made the move to Orange County in January 2022. He’s deeply passionate about the art of boxing and thrives on imparting his knowledge. Among the gym crowd, he’s earned the affectionate nickname “Golden Retriever Coach” because of his unwavering commitment to ensuring you grasp every aspect of the sport.
Outside the ring, Coach David is known for his conversational prowess. If you happen to catch him after a class, he’s always open to engaging in a meaningful conversation. So, whether you’re seeking boxing expertise or a friendly chat, Coach David is the person to turn to.

I'm driven to teach for a simple yet powerful reason: I want every person in my class to experience a profound sense of achievement. Even if it means helping someone improve by just 1%, that accomplishment means the world to me. My goal is to serve as a stepping stone on someone else's path to success.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I grew up watching a lot of Dragon Ball and I really loved the attitude of working hard and not accepting defeat. That probably influenced the way I look at not only fighting but life as well.

Peter Tran was born and raised in Fountain Valley, California.
He has been training in martial arts for more than 20 years and went to USC’s School of Cinematic Arts with a degree in Film & Television Production.
He loves his community and remains a proud resident of Fountain Valley. When Peter is not training or making films, he can be found in the kitchen exploring different recipes or walking his corgi, Rudy.
