Having explored various exercise programs, Marybeth ventured into TITLE Franklin Cool Springs and quickly became a member. Once she connected with the bag, she was hooked. After a while, she discovered she had a knack for the sport and soon moved to the trainer’s team. She has a creative approach to teaching, always planning new combinations for her classes, and she adds a personal touch to each member’s workout. You can usually meet her first thing in the morning for a solid kickstart to your day.

My why: Boxing has made me fall in love with exercise. TITLE gave me a new, exciting way to keep my body active and I want to help others find their passion in fitness, too. The members really are like a family and they keep me motivated.
What gives me my fighting spirit: My dad raised me to be tough and I never back down from a challenge.
Originally from South Florida, Mike, a proud father of two boys, has led a very active lifestyle and has always had a passion for fitness. Hiking, trail running and kayaking are among his favorite active outdoor sports. But it was boxing at TITLE, that took Mike out of his comfort zone, pushed boundaries, both physical and mental, into a whole new level of fitness. Mike truly loves helping our members learn, grow and achieve their fitness goals.

My why: TITLE has changed my life, both inside and out – and I am not just saying that! No matter where you are in life’s journey, staying active and fit will do wonders for the mind, body and soul.

Caleb wrestled in high school and made the transition to boxing in college. He trained in Knoxville at Golden Gloves for two years and then at Knoxville Martial Arts Academy for a year, where he had the privilege of training with elite boxers and top-level UFC fighters. Caleb has really enjoyed working with local wrestlers to meet their goals on the mat, and he has now found a great family in TITLE where he can continue to better himself as a boxer and bring out the best in others.

Wyatt has been with TITLE Boxing Club for over two-and-a-half years. Boxing has helped him get into the best shape of his life and has given him his passion for fitness. He is hardcore and intense. He won’t let you throw in the towel and will push you past your limits. As a trainer, Wyatt is determined to show you that you can always work harder than you thought you could.

My why: I've seen how boxing and kickboxing can completely change a person. What it has done for me physically and mentally is incredible. I love helping people on their journeys, and I hope that I can push them towards their goals.
What gives me my fighting spirit: I am constantly trying to better myself and find ways to improve. I love the thrill of accomplishment and pushing toward a goal. I strive for progress and to become the best person that I can possibly be. Also, pizza ... I'm always fighting for pizza.
Taylor was born in New Mexico and raised in Texas. He’s always had a knack for creating genuine connections with people through conversation and activity. Building friendships and helping others achieve their personal goals are two passions of his, and he thinks he’s found that perfect niche in the TITLE family. Boxing has always been a captivating sport to Taylor, and he loves to show that passion through his classes!

What gives me my fighting spirit: Watching others push themselves out of their comfort zone to become a better individual.
As an improver to her core, Paige has a passion for helping people better themselves! With a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Paige began her journey at TITLE by working sales. One thing led to another, and she began to not only fall in love with the sport of boxing, but also to teach others how to box. There is nothing like seeing people begin to feel confident in their boxing and push themselves to the next level. Paige knows that she is exactly where she is meant to be!

What gives me my fighting spirit: I want to help people feel better about themselves every time they walk through our door - mind, body, and soul. When you are healthy in those areas, it will overflow into every part of your life.
Madison played softball for 18 years. Growing up, her life revolved around the sport, and it was all-consuming. Even though she loved softball, Madison was never given a real opportunity to discover or understand her place in life. When softball ended, Madison developed a void in her life, and she spent months trying to fill this empty space that had previously been occupied by a love so intense that sometimes she forgot to allow herself to be passionate about other things. Eventually, after everything that she put herself through, Madison found exactly what she needed. That’s when she found TITLE. TITLE Boxing Club has changed Madison’s life for the better. TITLE was her one, final attempt at a resolution for her health. TITLE has been her saving grace and her biggest supporter in getting her health back on track. Every single person from the TITLE community has been a positive advocate for helping Madison get through a difficult time, and they can do the same for anyone.

My why: Madison wants to help enable those who are having difficulty with self-motivation reach their goals. She wants to help those who have never felt a sense of accomplishment with their health, feel it when they come to TITLE. She wants to help you be better than you were yesterday, because there is NO ONE who is better than YOU.
Due to her competitive spirit and her love of challenges, Ellen has always been very active and played multiple sports growing up. After years of lifting, she was looking to turn her training up a notch and found TITLE Boxing Club. She started in sales at TITLE and quickly joined the trainers’ team. You’ll see her doing a little bit of everything at the club. She has a major love for helping you reach your goals and motivating you along the way. In her own words, “this is the perfect fit for me!”

My why: Because she can. Every day you wake up with a choice to either do the dang thing or not. God gave her the ability and opportunity to be a part of something she loves while also helping others, so she said yes to doing the dang thing.

We’ve never seen someone kick a heavy bag harder than Jeff. He’s been part of our TITLE Boxing Club since we first opened our doors. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved conditioning or perfecting technique, you can do it all while listening to rock music. For a great boxing workout class, Jeff is your guy!

Sarah has been active in martial arts since childhood. In her 20s she pursued it more seriously after her son was diagnosed with autism. Her resume’ includes Shaolin Kung Fu, double swords, the katana, Muay Thai, Karate and boxing. If you’re looking for someone to push you in class – she’s the one!

My why: My passion has always been in martial arts, kickboxing, boxing and watching people fight for what they want. I saw the passion and love the owners put into the members at TITLE and thought "I want to a part of this!"
What gives me my fighting spirit: I was born with it.
Born and raised in Arkansas, Anna was first a sales associate. 6 months later she fell in love with boxing and joined the trainers. She also fell in love with TITLE trainer Anthony and married him! For Anna, teaching is about seeing people accomplishing something they never thought they could.
My personal mantra: If you don't start somewhere, I assure you, you're going nowhere.

My why: Everyone was given one body and one body only. I want to help people be confident and proud of the body they were given, not just by how it looks, but by what they can do with it!

Challenging Yet Effective Boxing Workouts
TITLE Boxing Club Cool Springs helps you challenge yourself to hit the bag and fight through your personal challenges by providing you with a full-body workout that incorporates the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout. Each workout begins with the warmups – a HIIT workout that combines trainer-led boxing with cardio drills and stretches. This gets your heart pumping and your mind ready for the next phase of your boxing class – the rounds. During the rounds, your trainer will lead you through a series of jab, hook, and cross combinations where you’ll lay it all on the heavy bag for three minutes; then, you’ll rest for a minute before jumping into the next round. Once you’ve finished the rounds, our TITLE trainers will lead you through an ab workout where you’ll use weighted medicine balls to define your core.
We not only specialize in group workouts, but private training as well. If you want more one-on-one interaction with our team, we have trainers that are happy to provide you with that experience. At TITLE Boxing Club Franklin Cool Springs, we utilize a boxer’s workout/techniques and incorporate those into a group fitness class. The workout will strengthen your core, tone your arms, and sculpt your muscles. We pride ourselves in helping our members accomplish their goals in a supportive environment. We have decided to take boxing out of the ring and bring kickboxing and boxing into a motivational environment that will help you reach all of your boxing for fitness goals. I’ve heard the classes are intense; do I need to be in great shape to do the workouts?
It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never boxed before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re here, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!
I don’t want to get hit; is this a contact workout?
No—not ever! Each person in class has their own heavy bag to workout on, plus their own space to move around the bag. Trust us, you won’t even realize anyone else is in the class because you’ll be so focused on the workout! And, rest easy, we never allow sparring or fighting at TITLE Boxing Club.
Can I bring my children with me?
We do not offer childcare services at TITLE Boxing Club. However, children over the age of eight are welcome to work out with you here and join as a member! Ask us about our Family Membership options.
I’ve never hit anything before. Will I hurt myself?
For a beginner, the most important thing is to learn the proper form. The good news is that we’ll teach you! As you progress, you’ll be able to throw several variations of punches from different positions and develop your own punching technique to fit your style. People are usually surprised at how much they love hitting the heavy bag!
