What To Expect During Your Kickboxing Workout
Start your kickboxing class with a warm up
Begin your HIIT workout at TITLE Boxing Club Interlomas with trainer-led shadow boxing, cardio drills, and stretches to get your heart pumping! You’ll start each class with a good stretch to help prepare your body for kicking or punching the heavy bag during your workout. Lunges, squats, shadow boxing, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and more to warm up different muscle groups for a true total-body workout.
Next, work through a series of kickboxing rounds with active rest in between
It’s time for the main event! Our local classes include 3-minute rounds where your trainer at TITLE Boxing Club Interlomas will lead you through a series of kicks or punches on the heavy bag. We show you how to properly execute each move to work your whole body and get optimal fitness results!
Finish your kickboxing workout with a core series & cool down
Our trainers at TITLE Boxing Club Interlomas lead you through a strengthening and toning ab workout designed to define your core. Use our weighted medicine balls to strengthen and tone your ab area! Building a stronger core can improve your kicks and punches. Your workout comes to an end with a series of stretches that lower your heart rate naturally!

Many first-time guests wonder if the kickboxing classes will be too hard. Any of our classes can be modified to all fitness levels. That being said, our recommendation is for first-time guests to start with a boxing class and incorporate kickboxing when they’re ready for an added challenge. Similar to our boxing workouts, we encourage all members and guests to take each class at their own pace. We’ll guide you and teach you how to properly kick and punch the heavy bag to prevent injury. Trainers at TITLE Boxing Club will share modifications for the combinations for an injury or intensity.
When you’re ready to take it to the next level, incorporate our kickboxing classes into your weekly routine. For the newbies—we recommend taking a TITLE Techniques class to learn the proper way to kick the bag prior to jumping in with both feet!
