Alex S.
Biography
I started my fitness journey playing sports as a kid, where I really took to and excelled at Wrestling, going on to compete at the NCAA Division 2 level. After college, I would go to various Planet Fitness/Crunch style gyms to lift weights, but was generally dissatisfied with the vibes. In 2019, I was driving down Hurstbourne in traffic and happened to see the TITLE sign. I took a trial class and then became a member! After an injury in September of 2024, I started taking my fitness seriously, and that put me on the path to becoming a trainer at the gym I like most! In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my dogs, cooking and trying new recipes, and playing rec league sports.
My Personal Mantra
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell.
My Training Style Is
Inclusive. As long as you're working hard, we're good.
My Why
It's fun to be active and do stuff with my body. And taking care of that is important and I enjoy helping others have that same feeling.
What Gives Me My Fighting Spirit
The joy in recreational physical activity, and the lessons learned from competition and training.

Biography
My entire life growing up was centered around sports. I played softball and ran cross country, so I started lifting around 6th grade, and it stuck with me! I constantly had this urge to get stronger and have bigger muscles. My first job in the fitness industry was as a front desk worker at a local gym, and I worked on my personal training certification in the meantime. Once I finished my NSCF - CPT training, I switched from front desk to personal trainer at that same gym! Eventually, I wanted a new client base, which is when TITLE Boxing Club popped up on my feed. I started out here as a front desk employee and personal trainer, with no boxing experience whatsoever. But with a lot of training, I got to the point where I was ready to teach boxing classes too. Here we are four years later, and I am now also the Studio Manager! This place truly turned my life around in so many positive ways!
Outside of TITLE, I am a stretch practitioner at StretchLab, and I am enrolled in massage school to further my wellness education. I am also a natural bodybuilder, competing as an NPC Figure Athlete for Team Mpact.
My Personal Mantra
If you're tired, do it tired.
My Training Style Is
Intentional. No going through the motions.
My Why
My past self is my why. I want to make her proud.
What Gives Me My Fighting Spirit
My desire to progress and be better everyday!

Biography
Hi! I started martial arts in 2014, and I earned my yellow belt in Krav Maga. I was looking to expand my skills and knowledge so I began kickboxing, and I was hooked (haha). I loved moving and using all parts of my body. I saw muscle tone in places I didn't even think were possible; I lost weight and felt great! Boxing gives me a feeling of confidence, empowerment, and fulfillment- nothing like leaving a class completely drained but exhilarated at the same time! I started TITLE in 2022 as a student; the sense of community kept me coming back. I began to teach here in August of 2025! I have 3 pups who I love to spoil; my off time is spent walking, trying to garden i.e. keep my plants alive, and hanging with my hubby. I'm retired now so this is the perfect part-time job!
My Personal Mantra
I often tell my students "Don't lose the fight in the last 10 seconds!!" Which to me means don't quit, ever. Keep going until its won or the fight is done.
My Training Style Is
I train with positivity, if you're at TITLE, you're an athlete. Therefore you CAN do it... even if it's hard.
My Why
Because it makes me feel alive, relieves stress, makes me laugh, and builds community.
What Gives Me My Fighting Spirit
I've been fighting in one way or another my whole life. This allows me to focus and improve myself daily. I feel strong, capable, and I love sharing that and encouraging the same with members.

I just got my degree in Exercise Science at UofL and am currently pursuing my master's in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in strength and conditioning! Biography
For as long as I can remember, I have always been an athletic person. From playing sports at school to hanging out with friends and playing outside with friends. Additionally, I've always been interested in boxing and UFC but never had the chance to do it. When I moved to Louisville in 2024, I was determined to look for a gym and start my boxing career. I started as a member at TITLE in mid-2024 with the goal in mind of becoming an amateur boxer. It started off great, and then became even better when I got the opportunity to become a TITLE Trainer. Hoping it would get me closer to my goal, I took the job, went through all the training, and became a coach. It became my second home. If you don't see me there teaching class, I am there taking class with all my members.
My Personal Mantra
A small step forward is still a step forward
My Training Style Is

My Why
My why is because why not :)
What Gives Me My Fighting Spirit
