Let’s make it happen together at TITLE Boxing Club Loveland. We welcome boxers of all fitness levels and are in your corner to make your first class experience easy and fun.
During high school I played most traditional sports. It wasn’t until I saw one of my high school friends on the first season of the UFC’s Ultimate Fighter that I decided to give boxing/kickboxing a try. I automatically loved it and haven’t stopped since. During my journey I’ve had the opportunity to workout with some of Cincinnati’s most accomplished combat athletes such as Rich Franklin, Adrien Broner and Jorge Gurgel. I started training my own classes in early 2015 at TITLE Boxing Club Loveland. Recently I’ve expanded to personal training session working with individuals at all different levels.
My personal mantra
Positive results come from positive thoughts.
My training style is:
Energetic
My why:
Boxing has made me feel physically and mentally stronger. I wanted to train to hopefully help others gain that same feeling.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Knowing that in some way you can impact a life for the better.

My athletic accomplishments started with TaeKwondo classes. From the moment I landed my first kick I knew I loved this type of sport. From there I progressed to who I am today. I train and spar every chance I get. Just as long as I set a good workout while having fun.
My personal mantra
Pain is weakness leaving the body.
My training style is:
Authentic.
My why:
Passion for the sport. It is a true outlet for my stress and problems.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Hope for a better tomorrow.

I found fitness later in life. Although I served in the United States Air Force for eight years, once I finished my tour, I started packing on the pounds and exercising less. By my late thirties, I’d had enough and said NO MORE! I lost over 60 pounds via diet and boxing at TITLE Boxing Club. With my fitness improvements I’ve been able to run a marathon, two half marathons and multiple 5k obstacle courses. I work on my boxing skills daily, train multiple times a week and spar two or three times a month.
My personal mantra
"Take that step"
My training style is:
Authentic
My why:
I became a trainer to prove to myself and my daughters that anything can be accomplished if you just take that step, take the chance and move out of your comfort zone. And to prove to others that anyone, anyone at all can change their life, at any age and at any starting fitness level.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I fight for me. For so long, my life has been concentrated on my family, now it's my time to shine.

I joined TITLE Boxing Club because I wanted to gain confidence. Now, I feel powerful and it’s a blast learning to throw a punch. This has been so much more than just a boxing class.

Great workout head to toe – cardio, muscle building, losing weight…it’s all right here. And the camaraderie you build with other members is second to none.

Workouts are fun and taking your stress out by hitting a heavy bag is awesome.

I love this place! I had wanted to try boxing workouts for a while, but I was intimidated. I finally checked it out and I’ve been going ever since! Super fun and engaging workouts.
