Trainer/Staff Bio
I started my boxing journey as a member of Title Redmond three years ago. Since beginning my boxing journey, I have competed in both unofficial “smoker” events as well as in amateur bouts
My personal mantra
Training hard and consistently is a reward not a punishment
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
Boxing has been a huge help in improving both my physical and mental health, I am extremely appreciative to the great community that it introduced me to as well. My hope is to pay it forward by welcoming others to an awesome community and assisting them into achieving their goals
What gives me my fighting spirit:
The opportunity to train and improve with a great group of motivated people

Trainer/Staff Bio
Since I was little, I always dreamed of doing martial arts. I’ve always been active and passionate about it, but didn’t get the chance to pursue it when I was younger. Now, I’ve finally made that dream come true—I’m a coach! I trained with a former police officer in women’s self-defense, which included boxing, and I fell in love with the forms of boxing and kickboxing. While I’ve never competed or joined MMA, I always imagine the bag as my opponent. 😄
Outside of martial arts, I’m also a dedicated music teacher at a private K–6 school, and I’ve been teaching for over 23 years. Teaching and coaching are second nature to me—they’re truly part of who I am.
When I’m not teaching or training, I love to cook, go out, and enjoy life surrounded by good friends.
My personal mantra
Good Day - Hit Hard; Bad Day - Hit Harder!!
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
I may never step into a ring, but every time I hit the bag, I’m facing down an invisible opponent—sometimes fear, sometimes doubt, sometimes just a long day. Boxing is where I go to fight for myself
What gives me my fighting spirit:
It’s my love for trying new things and pushing beyond my limits. That’s where my strength comes from. No matter who you are or where you come from—show up, give it your all, and finish strong. Be a light to those around you. True power isn’t just in how hard you hit, but in how brightly you shine

Trainer/Staff Bio
Growing up my family would always get together to watch boxing matches and mma fights. I have always liked to fight and box my friends but at 14 I decided I wanted to find a boxing gym so that I could train and compete. That’s how I accidently walked into an MMA gym, tried out a class and was immediately hooked. I trained and competed for 12 years and coached boxing, kickboxing, jujitsu, and MMA for 8 years. I took a five year break from all of it but I miss coaching so I’m back.
My personal mantra
1% better everyday
My training style is:
energetic
My why:
Martial arts and fitness has always been a big part of my life and I love sharing the knowledge that was passed down to me
What gives me my fighting spirit:
You live song the people around me improve and grow

Trainer/Staff Bio
With over eight years of experience teaching kickboxing, I bring a deep passion for fitness and a strong belief in the power of community. My journey into fitness began as a personal one—using movement and training to navigate and overcome challenges with mental health. That experience drives my commitment to creating inclusive, empowering spaces where others can discover their own strength.
Outside of the gym, I’m an avid runner and have completed 16 marathons and 33 half marathons.
My personal mantra
You don’t have to be great to start, you just have to start to be great – Zig Zigler
My training style is:
fun
My why:
Whether it’s through a tough kickboxing/boxing class or miles on the road, I believe that fitness has the ability to transform lives—and I’m here to help others tap into that potential
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Nothing fires me up like seeing others push themselves and improve their fitness

Trainer/Staff Bio
I first began my fitness journey 12 years ago. As a kickboxing coach at another gym. My background is in martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, and Mitt work. I competed in Kempo karate in my 10 years. I began my training at a very young age and I’ve always had a passion for fitness
My personal mantra
train hard and live awesome. Train hard in the gym and enjoy life outside the gym by living awesome. And by living awesome, I mean less sick days, more energy and less joint pains and no more brain fog
My training style is:
authentic
My why:
because fitness has played a significant role in my life. It has helped me get through my toughest challenges. And also with stress and anxiety. I want to help others find the best version of themselves. And hopefully point them in the right direction so they too can live an awesome life
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I believe this life is a blessing. As the saying goes... "We only die once..." "So live everyday of your life."

Trainer/Staff Bio
I grew up playing sports like swimming and gymnastics as well as basketball. I never found a sport I absolutely loved until it came to Kickboxing as an adult. I found like minded others along the way and trained various MMA styles additionally, like Muay Thai and Kali. I believe self defense to be incredibly important and it’s also exciting!!
I used to work in the food industry as a Pastry Chef and in my down time I found myself making time for my health and fitness journey. It was not long after that I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. Since then, I’ve been a trainer for 5 years and counting! I wish to continue growth as a community. “Together, we are stronger.”
When I’m not training, you’ll either find me hiking on a mountain, catching live music or trying new food, singing in random places, snowboarding, or at home watching anime.
My personal mantra
Everything in life is impermanent
My training style is:
fun
My why:
Being able to help others along their fitness journey is a beautiful process. Change is possible if you allow it, and it's always ongoing
What gives me my fighting spirit:
The ability to help others change and also knowing that there is still much to learn not only as a trainer, but as a martial artist
