Trainer/Staff Bio
Heather has trained in multiple martial arts disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and she has been boxing for almost 8 years. Heather has a passion for self-defense and fitness, with an emphasis on sports nutrition. Heather is also a certified chef, certified Level 3 Sound, Reiki, and Holistic Healer.
My personal mantra
If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Never settling for the status quo! And my amazing family and friends!

Trainer/Staff Bio
Marina graduated from MSU with gradua Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology along with a minor in both Health Promotion and Sociology. Her journey began with a passion for sports, which sparked her love for fitness. Playing several sports growing up has equipped her with a diverse skill set and understanding of different training techniques. It has taught her the importance of teamwork, resilience, and adaptability. Marina has boxed since she was a student at Michigan State and fell in love with it. She developed a passion for not only fitness, but boxing due to its empowering qualities, physical and mental challenges, and sense of community.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Realizing the only one who will always show up for you is you! I continuously strive to reach my full potential and help others do the same. There is nothing better than seeing your consistency pay off. Feeling confident in yourself and accomplishing your goals is incredibly empowering. With hard work and determination anyone can transform their lives.

Fareed is passionate about boxing and its ability to inspire personal growth. He joined the TITLE Boxing team as he is dedicated to creating a unique flow that empowers both mind and body. Fareed is currently returning to school to pursue a career in healthcare, using boxing as a way to stay physically, mentally, and spiritually balanced.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Michael “McN” is a decorated, international multi-sport athlete who has had the opportunity to compete at some of the highest levels of sporting. In between seasons, Michael’s love for the competitive nature of boxing always brought him back to the ring. Being a tri-citizen to the Bahamas, Canada, and the US, he brings a unique experience to his classes having trained and sparred with amateurs all across the Americas.

Trainer/Staff Bio
James Kincannon grew up immersed in the world of boxing, thanks to his family’s ownership of a boxing gym. His early exposure to the sport laid the foundation for his lifelong passion and expertise in combat sports. James pursued his interest further by studying Boxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and MMA. He became a certified personal trainer and a certified MMA conditioning specialist, equipping him with the knowledge and skills to help others become healthy and fit.
Additionally, James’ service as an infantryman in the US Army helps him bring a unique perspective and discipline to his students. His diverse background and dedication to the martial arts make him a well-rounded trainer for fitness, fighting skills, mastering technique, and self-defense.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Mickey Marsack is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, MMA Conditioning Specialist, as well as a licensed Professional Mixed Martial Artist and Boxer. Additionally, Mickey is a Caique Jiu Jitsu Purple belt with over 15 years of boxing, MMA, and fighting experience. He has held multiple titles including former Amateur 2015 M.M.P. Welterweight Champion, 2013 M.M.P. Lightweight Champion, 2012 W.K.L. Lightweight Champion, 2011 M.C.L. Lightweight Champion, and 2010 W.X.C Lightweight Champion, coming off 3 straight wins and a .24 second knockout! Mickey brings to TITLE a high energy class where he has a way of encouraging you to do more than you thought you could.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Cassea is a 3rd degree blackbelt in Tang Soo Do, a form of Korean martial arts. She is fierce and has a killer roundhouse kick. While growing up, Cassea dedicated 13 years to training in martial arts. Besides being a TITLE trainer, Cassea is a full time Real Estate agent with a growing business throughout the Metro Detroit area. She goes wherever her clients need her to go! Cassea has a passion for helping people, whether that’s buying or selling a house or hyping people up in the gym. She motivates everyone to be the best version of themselves.

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. When you get out of your comfort zone, that’s when you grow!

What gives me my fighting spirit:
My fighting spirit comes from the fight I have within to push myself to the next level. I always want to try and be the best I can be, and I want others to push themselves to their greatest heights! You can do anything you set your mind to, you just have to believe in yourself and go after it with all that you have!

Trainer/Staff Bio
Laura is a successful, innovative Nutritionist who specializes in gut health. She has her own Nutrition practice with multiple locations in Michigan and the U.S. Laura is passionate about health and fitness, and has multiple certifications through NASM as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has participated with the UFE and NPC winning multiple awards, including 1st place as a fitness model. As you visit the TITLE Boxing Club locations across the U.S., look for Laura on the TITLE banners, walls, and TV screens where she has been featured as a TITLE corporate model. Laura has been a part of the TITLE family since 2012.

Helping others achieve their goals brings one of the greatest satisfactions. Transforming bodies, health, and lifestyles is what I want to leave behind after I’m gone.

My daughters. I want them to know that life is like a boxing match. You just have to get back up and keep moving.

Jerry is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where he received his BSEE and MBA degrees. He currently works full-time for a high tech company and comes into the club mostly on weekends. He discovered TITLE Boxing Club in 2013 and fell in love with the product! He is amazed at the physical transformations he has witnessed in the club and feels blessed to be a part of something that has changed people’s lives for the better! His hobbies are golf and working out at TITLE Boxing Club.
Alice is also a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where she received her BSN degree. She retired from nursing many years ago to raise her three children. As a nurse, she can appreciate the health benefits of what TITLE Boxing Club can do, from losing weight, toning, eliminating/decreasing the need for medications, and stress relief. She thinks the TITLE Boxing Club workout is the best ever and wants to share it with the community. She likes to travel and eat good food.
