TITLE Boxing Club Rock Hill  wants to spotlight Thom Chantharasy this month for being an awesome and dedicated member of our boxing family! Thom has shown tremendous strength and endurance during his time at TITLE Boxing Club Rock Hill, and he continues to push himself every day. Even with being a busy multi-restaurant owner and father, Thom has still found the time to come to TITLE and take out his stress on the heavy bag. TITLE Boxing Club Rock Hill has welcomed and supported Thom since day one as he has used our dynamic, full-body boxing workouts to build his strength and confidence. Here is what Thom has to say about his story:

Success Story - Thom

I started at TITLE Boxing Club, Rock Hill close to a year ago.  I needed to find a gym that could keep my interest and help me find stress relief and health. I quickly found that the dynamic and intense workouts at TITLE were just what I needed to reach my goals. I dedicated myself to attending regular power hour classes along with doing personal training and mitt work, and I lost 30+ lbs. I have not only maintained my weight loss and developed strength and confidence, but I have found that I am able to alleviate stress from my busy life as a father and multi-restaurant owner.

Here at TITLE Boxing Club Rock Hill, we pride ourselves on transforming bodies, building strength, and boosting confidence. We are able to do this by providing a workout that challenges all parts of the body. Our boxing workouts contain jab, cross, hook and uppercut combinations that will help you burn calories while sculpting your body, not to mention, our kickboxing and HIIT training classes that also utilize a boxers workout to train your core, back and upper body. Thom has used these workout to lose over 30lbs and transform his body, and we are extremely proud of the progress that he has made. Thank you, Thom, for being part of our TITLE Boxing Club Rock Hill family!
