Kasi is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructors and personal trainer. She has two years of classical Pilates training with a specialization in lumbopelvic stabilization and myofascial releasing using trigger point therapy.
When Kasi is not the the gym or on a reformer, she enjoys heated vinyasa yoga classes, hikes through the mountains, and paddle boarding.
Kasi is a self proclaimed “amateur meal prep chef” and enjoys sharing recipes that no only taste good but also are good for you.
