Kole Pepa
Biography
Kole began his journey in combat sports at the age of 8, training in boxing, karate, and kickboxing. As a young competitor, he traveled to 51 countries, earning multiple first-place titles in kickboxing and Muay Thai tournaments. Over the course of his fighting career, he amassed an impressive record of 60 wins and just 8 losses. A highly decorated martial artist, Kole holds a 2nd-degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and a 5th-degree black belt in American Freestyle Karate. Before moving to Michigan, he spent nine years in Kansas training professional MMA fighters, refining their skills at the highest levels of competition. He continues to work with top-tier boxers and MMA professionals today. Since 2017, Kole has been a cornerstone of TITLE, leading both classes and private training sessions. With eight years of coaching experience at TITLE and over 35 years of expertise in boxing and MMA, his deep knowledge, technical precision, and passion for the sport shine through in every class he teaches.

Kyle Christian
Biography
Born and raised in Detroit, Kyle discovered boxing in his teenage years and quickly developed a passion for combat sports. At 19, he moved to Florida, where he competed in both boxing and Muay Thai for several years before returning to Michigan to train and compete in mixed martial arts (MMA). After experiencing a difficult personal loss, Kyle stepped away from competition for a time before rediscovering his love for boxing back home in Detroit. In his early 30s, he joined the TITLE Boxing Club team, where he spent four years helping members develop their skills, confidence, and love for the sport. Now, Kyle is excited to return to TITLE and begin a new chapter with the team. Drawing from years of competitive experience and personal perseverance, he's passionate about helping members improve their technique, challenge themselves, and discover the physical and mental rewards that boxing has to offer.

Quinn Mcmullen
Biography
Quinn is a former football and lacrosse athlete who discovered a strong passion for boxing at the age of 15. Inspired by Vasyl Lomachenko’s creativity, Quinn quickly fell in love with the sport’s combination of skill and discipline. After competing in multiple fights, he developed a deep appreciation for the mental toughness and physical conditioning boxing requires. Today, Quinn channels that same drive into helping others reach their full potential. With a strong commitment to health and fitness, he strives to empower every member to grow stronger, move smarter, and unlock their inner fighter—both on and off the heavy bag and in and out of the ring.

Dave Gardner
Biography
Dave is a lifelong athlete and boxing enthusiast. From watching Muhammad Ali highlights as a toddler to training as a competitive fighter, boxing is his passion. Not only does he value the physical benefits of boxing and athletics but more importantly he loves how fitness can transform a person’s mental health. Dave grew up playing basketball, football, track and loves to swim. In his free time he loves playing basketball, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with his English Mastiff, Bruce Wayne. Dave is thrilled to join you on your fitness journey and show you how boxing can transform your health, confidence, and life!

Biography
Inspired by legendary boxers like Sugar Ray Robinson and Smokin' Joe Frazier, I developed a passion for the "sweet science" from a young age. Competing in amateur boxing not only honed my skills but also instilled in me the values of confidence and discipline. My journey didn't stop there; I expanded my martial arts repertoire by excelling in taekwondo, where I clinched first place in forms and board breaking competitions, and I earned a blue belt in Judo. As a coach at TITLE, I leverage my diverse martial arts background to help clients achieve their fitness goals, whether they're looking to improve their strength, agility, or overall well-being. My coaching philosophy is rooted in fostering a positive, empowering environment that encourages personal growth and self-confidence. In addition to my passion for boxing, I bring a strategic mindset from my career as a partner at a consulting firm specializing in engineering solutions. This unique blend of technical expertise and athletic experience enables me to offer a well-rounded, holistic approach to fitness training. Kelsey Pittman
Biography
Kelsey has had a passion for sports from a young age. She started with gymnastics, figure skating, and played softball through high school. When shoulder surgery took her out of the game, she discovered weightlifting at the age of 17 and never looked back. After volunteering at a local community center to instruct adaptive fitness classes, she decided to combine her two favorite things: movement and helping people. With her current background in power-based lifting and boxing, her goal is to empower every person in class to unleash their inner fighter and help them succeed with one punch (and squat!) at a time.

Biography
Ani started boxing at the age of 15, and what began as a challenge quickly turned into a deep passion. Over the years, the sport has shaped him both as an athlete and as a person, teaching him discipline, resilience, and the power of perseverance. He’s a three-time Greek national champion and has proudly represented Greece in international competitions, sharing the ring with some of the world’s top fighters.
For Ani, boxing isn’t just a sport — it’s a way of life. It’s the lens through which he sees the world, the fire that keeps him moving forward. It’s taught him discipline, resilience, and the importance of showing up, even when it’s hard. Boxing is in his blood, in his heart. He brings that same mindset to TITLE, helping others discover their own strength and pushing them to go beyond what they thought was possible.

Emily Hirt
Biography
Emily has had a passion for various sports from a young age. She played soccer, basketball, and volleyball. She was an all-state competitive swimmer. An athlete is who she is at heart and being active is in her blood. She fell in love with boxing the first time she tried it and has pretty much lived at TITLE Boxing club since, taking classes and private training 6 out of 7 days a week! Her passion now is to show each and every member she touches how boxing can help them both physically and mentally.

Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required for class. Both can be purchased at all locations, and boxing gloves are available for rent at participating clubs.

Our classes are all about you and the heavy bag. We focus on fitness, technique, and fun, with no contact or sparring at any location.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Of course! Classes are always better with a friend! Feel free to bring a buddy—just be sure they’re signed up for class ahead of time.

Every class wraps up with a core and strength finisher, leaving you stronger, faster, and more energized.
