Strong Body Stronger Mind
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Sooner or later your body will eventually become your number one concern. Easier to maintain health than constantly run behind the train.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Logan grew up in Iowa and moved to Sarasota, FL at 21 years old. He has always been active but never exercised on a regular basis. After about a year of going to the gym and lifting weights, his motivation and will power died down until mid 2017 when Logan became a member at TITLE and instantly got hooked on combat sports. Ever since, Logan has been obsessed with improving his boxing/kickboxing technique.
My personal mantra
You vs. You
My training style is:
Energetic
My why:
Traditional exercise feels more like a chore when boxing is always exciting.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I genuinely love watching people improve and fall in love with combat sports the way I do.

Great workout head to toe – cardio, muscle building, losing weight…it’s all right here. And the camaraderie you build with other members is second to none.
