Trainer/Staff Bio
Troy Lowry was a professional boxer for 20 years with two World title fights ranked in the top 10 in the world! His commitment was insane holding a 40 Hour Week union job plus a great family with three kids and a beautiful wife. He LOVES Fitness! After retirement in 2015, Troy wanted boxing in his life again. He was introduced to TITLE Boxing Club and started teaching classes with the goal of giving people the indescribable feeling that your body gives you after a great boxing workout.
My personal mantra
it takes hard work but the payoff is the best feeling you ever felt!
My training style is:

My why:
I love seeing people feel good about what they're doing for their body, through boxing.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
The feeling you get from boxing!

Trainer/Staff Bio
Bryan has always had a passion for coaching. He has trained athletes in baseball from the youth levels all the way up to the professional ranks as a Twins bullpen catcher. After coming to a class at TITLE he saw the immediate impact boxing had on explosive muscle movements. Bryan has been a SHRED instructor for TITLE and made it a goal to incorporate some pro-style baseball movements into his core, strength, and agility classes. Bryan’s passion comes from having a fun training environment and pushing people to take that next step no matter where they are in their journey. His goal is to make classes engaging, fun, and high intensity

My why:
I love coaching. Whether it’s working with a team on the ball field or training my catchers, I love the process and development of my athletes. Working at TITLE has given me the opportunity to take on something new and make it my own.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Competition. I’m a firm believer that your biggest opponent is yourself. There is no better competition than the pursuit to be a better version of yourself each day.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Sally joined our TITLE Team in late 2019 after watching from the sidelines her son and
husband enjoying the workout. She loved the feeling of community within the small club
atmosphere and wanted to be a part of it! She has enjoyed all aspects of fitness since
childhood participating in organized sports, meeting friends at the gym, planning her
next organized run with her family for a 5K or more, to most recently earning her group
fitness certification to become a trainer. She is most proud of her own transformation of
getting fit and most recently of her son’s fitness journey here at TITLE.

My family and friends are always watching. I hope to instill a lifestyle of health and fitness in their lives.

I love a good challenge! I have seen so many people exceed at their goals and it fuels me to continue to help others get there, too.

Ever since Brenda decided to skip her massage to try a boxing class at the TITLE right next door, she has been hooked! Boxing offered her the challenge in her daily workouts that she was lacking. It wasn’t long before she was taking classes five to six days a week and enjoying both the physical and mental benefits that came from those workouts. She was also so excited to share her workout routine with her friends and family, helping them out in every class as well. When the opportunity came up to start coaching, Brenda hit the ground running without hesitation. She loves teaching the classes and just being a friendly face of encouragement to new and seasoned members alike!

Trainer/Staff Bio
Fitness and sports have always been in the forefront of my life. I was active in Track and Field, Softball, Cheerleading, Collegiate Volleyball, Collegiate Basketball and countless other forms of training. I found my love for boxing as a form of cross-training and stress relief and I just knew I had to share that love with as many people as possible. After 6 years, Sarah has developed her technique and coaching style to be a truly engaging workout for both your body and your spirit! Sarah loves to teach someone how to really connect with the bag and watch as their confidence and skill continues to grow! Her goal is to deliver the BEST hour of someone’s day, every time she’s in the Club.

Trainer/Staff Bio
If you had asked Jess a few years ago if she would ever box, she would have laughed at you and said “Absolutely NOT!” However, there are a lot of things Jess does these days that she thought she never would do! Growing up she was never athletic but in 2014 she decided to make a change. She did an overhaul on her eating habits and started working out regularly. She started losing weight, building stamina and got addicted to the results she was seeing! Jess lost over 50lbs eating right and pushing herself to new goals! She found TITLE boxing and loved it after her first class! She started coming 5-6 times a week and quickly realized her passion for boxing and fitness. She took more classes and trained with our lead trainers as her new goal was to become a trainer. Jess always bring new ideas into her work outs and is constantly trying to learn and improve. She says TITLE has truly changed her life and she loves to share her story and help others!

Trainer/Staff Bio
Clifton joined TITLE Boxing club in Woodbury in 2014 as General Manager. His passion for fitness and pushing members truly inspired everyone to work harder and build a great community of fitness friends. In 2017 Clifton and his wife Sarah moved to Arizona to escape the MN winters and there they both couldn’t stay away from TITLE! Sarah continued to teach and Clifton managed local clubs. After their daughter, Clara, was born, they decided they missed their MN fam too much and moved back home! Although they both moved into different career paths… they couldn’t stay away from the bag!! Both Sarah and Clifton bring so much passion and energy to the club you just have to experience it for yourself!

Clarence started as a member of TITLE Boxing Club. He has always been an active person who enjoys training others in different types of physical fitness, but his favorite is HIIT classes! He uses his knowledge for fitness and boxing to push others to really hit their goals and crush that bag!

Ashlee has always had a passion for fitness and has dabbled in every type of video, class and gym you could think of. After coming to a class at TITLE with her friend she was hooked. It wasn’t long before she was working here part time and taking class 5 times a week. Fast forward about a year she has been to several TITLE training events, taken over as General Manager of the club and absolutely loves teaching class! Ashlee’s passion truly comes from having fun and helping people push themselves. Her goal is to make the club a fun and comfortable environment for everyone who walks in the door.

Alfredo “Freddy” is a UFC Fighter who inspired all of our trainers to step their game up when he joined as a member. He brings a unique and exciting element to the Club and is an absolute BEAST with the mitts.

Trainer/Staff Bio
Victor has been involved in sports for as long as he can remember. After his football career with the Gophers came to a close, he was on and off again when it came to physical fitness. One day he stumbled across an ad for TITLE and immediately started taking classes. After becoming a part of the community, it was clear to Victor that his passion for helping others would translate seamlessly into the TITLE family and within a few months, he joined the team! His goal is to help create the same environment that welcomed him, and to challenge everybody to step outside their comfort zone.

Marina has been with TITLE since 2017. She loves to be active and is constantly getting her sweat on, whether it’s on the heavy bag, her yoga mat, or out training for her next race. Marina loves to try new things and is always down for a challenge! She has found a passion for teaching and helping others challenge themselves!

Dave and Carolina Opened TITLE Boxing Club in 2013. They took on the franchise ready to change lives and be apart of the hottest new fitness trend in the world! Years later they are still changing lives and growing the TITLE family everyday. They now have two beautiful babies Lucas and Camila who will be boxing in no time!
Ashlee started part time in 2014 and took over as General Manager in 2016. As of 2020 Ashlee has joined Dave and Carolina as part owner. She loves teaching and creating a positive environment for members to break a sweat as well as being part of the TITLE Family and working to make it bigger and better every day.
