Lisa

I joined TITLE Boxing Club back in May 2016. After losing over 100 pounds, I was ready to try something different. I remember walking into TBC Mentor and DJ was so welcoming and so nice, I told him about my weightless journey and that I wanted to be taken out of my comfort zone. He ensured me that I came to the right place for that. I signed up that day, without even taking a class! The next day I took my first class from Joe C.

I was proud of myself that I made it through the entire class without stopping. I was hooked!

I started going three times a week in the beginning, now I am going 5-7 times a week and there are days where I take two classes in one day. I just started doing personal training sessions with CoDean Roff as well and I love it! I am now down almost 130+ pounds. My weightless journey has been not only mentally tough but physically tough as well. I don’t see the “Lisa” that has lost all this weight, I see the “Lisa” that is still overweight, sad and lonely. Even though it is a daily struggle for me, TITLE Boxing Club has helped me with my confidence. I can walk into class with horrible anxiety and I can walk out of class feeling amazing.

After 10+ years I have found something that I truly love to do again. It’s therapy. All of the trainers are amazing, I love them all and I am grateful for each and every one of them.

They each bring something different to the table, but the one thing that they all have in common is passion. I’ve also have met some pretty amazing people here at TITLE Boxing Club, it is amazing how posting a picture on social media can lead to friendships. I get told on a daily basis how I am an “inspiration” to others, and it brings a tear to my eye because I never thought I could have an impact in someones life, ever.

I am so happy that I walked into TITLE Boxing Club when I did, it has truly helped me and I am so grateful. I hope to one day become a TITLE Boxing Club Trainer.
