“I began my TITLE journey in April of 2017. My sister and I decided to check out TITLE when we randomly walked by and heard the great music and the chains rattling as the gym doors were open that day. At first, when I became a member I didn’t take it as seriously as I do now. For the first 8 months, I would go to classes 2-3 times a week and I was still eating the way I ate before I joined. In January of 2018, after breaking up with my boyfriend and feeling stressed as a Kindergarten teacher, I began to see boxing as therapy. I signed up for personal training with Paul and began to get serious with my journey. I now go to boxing 5-7 days a week and sometimes, even find myself doing 2 classes in one day! Boxing has made me gain so much confidence in myself and the transformation with my weight has been an added bonus. Some people would say that I am obsessed, but it really has just become a part of my everyday routine. I have lost 30 pounds in the process of my “therapy” and I am hoping to lose at least 15 more pounds. I am so thankful for Title and what it has done for my life. I am also very thankful for all the wonderful trainers that TITLE Boxing Club- Canton has and how they make working out so much fun! Paul always says that you can do anything with a strong core and I believe that is the truth! Thank you, TITLE Boxing Club, for giving me my “strong core”.
