Get ready to dive into a fabulous spooktacular October packed with community spirit, fitness fun, and spooky celebrations!
This month, we’re embracing the power of pink for a great cause while also getting into the Halloween spirit with exciting challenges, themed weeks, and special events for all ages. Check out what’s happening:
- Every Wednesday in October: Wear Pink (for the month of October)
- 1st – 31st: Better Together Challenge – Join the month-long challenge focused on building community, accountability, and healthier habits. Work together to reach your goals and support one another and win some prizes.
- 13th – 19th: Pink Week – Dress in pink to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness. Expect themed workouts, fun energy, and a chance to show support while staying active.
- 16th: Carrollwood Club Community Event – Tampa Tap Room – Gather with fellow members outside the gym for a social night at Tampa Tap Room. Following 6pm and 7pm classes. Connect, unwind, and enjoy good company.
- 25th – 31st: Bring your BOO Halloween Week – Celebrate Halloween in style! Wear costumes, bring a friend (“your boo”), and join in on spooky, high-energy themed classes all week long.
- 26th: Sweat, Strike & Sip – Tampa Wine Room Fitness Experience – A unique afternoon combining fitness and fun at Tampa Wine Room. Break a sweat, then stay for a social experience with a twist.
- 30th: Kids TKO Halloween Celebration – A special Halloween-themed boxing class for kids! Costumes welcome—get ready for a fun, active celebration with festive energy.
