Jared

Jared has 10+ years in martial arts and combat experience in tae kwon doo, tang soo doo, wresting and military combat. When he’s not at TITLE he’s training hard in extreme conditions seeking a career in MMA and also serving the country in the Army National Guard. Jared has many philosophical thoughts on fighting but his mane one is the belief that fighting is his way of self expression and he wishes to truly change lives and see how far he can change his self.

My personal mantra:
Fighting is the pursuit form of human expression

My why:
To be the very best version of myself and bring that same greatness out of others

Sacred

Sacred is an 11-time USA national champion. Starting at the age of five, her 15 year boxing career has brought her to China, Russia, India, Ecuador, South America, and Trinidad while representing the USA. Boxing runs deep in Sacred’s family, and she credits her passion for boxing to her father, who coached her as a child. She believes that anybody can reach a healthy lifestyle through fitness and boxing! Come meet the legend at TITLE Boxing Club East Windsor!

Xan

Xan is an experienced trainer in multiple martial arts such as Kenpo, Capoeira, jujitsu, Karate, Mauy Thai, Roman Greco, Sengali wrestling, and Judo.

But his first love was always BOXING. Whether it is elements of self-defense or the boxing styles and technique, he knows it all and will make sure that when he is coaching, everyone will learn all components of effective boxing.

My personal mantra:
What you tell yourself every day will lift you up or tear you down. I am here to make sure it’s the former.

My training style is:
authentic

My why:
My teaching strategy focuses on strength training, endurance, stamina, agility, technique, and fitness. All of those are attributes of a successful Boxer. I love to do the exercises with the clients so they can see that I am right there with them; physically mentally and emotionally. I love to encourage them to meet their goals. I also teach in my sessions how to let go of negativity and stress. After the workout is over, my clients leave Title Boxing Club with a peace of mind, feeling empowered, strong and ready for the next life challenge.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Knowing that I am helping people to better themselves physically, mentally and emotionally, sharing that journey with them all the way through the transformation to the new and improved version of them.

Sean

Sean is the Fitness Manager at TITLE Boxing Club East Windsor. He is a certified USA boxing coach and skilled personal trainer. When he’s not at TITLE Boxing Club East Windsor, he is a stunt performer in the film, television, and streaming industry! Sean has appeared on shows like Power, Ray Donovan, Blue Bloods, Luke Cage, and Law and Order. As a personal trainer, Sean is well-versed in performance training, strength training, corrective exercise, and weight loss training for every skill level. A class or session with Sean will not only help you lose weight and get stronger, but also challenge and educate you. Whatever your goals, Sean can help you achieve it at TITLE Boxing Club East Windsor!

My why:
My greatest joy is watching clients light up when they’ve put in the work and achieved their goals. That’s when the client realizes the true power they have and how, with diligent action, they can change their life!

My fighting spirit comes from my family. They taught me that you always fight for the goals you want to achieve in life!

Chris

Chris has been a prime trainer with TITLE Boxing Club for the past four years. He has competed in multiple boxing tournaments throughout the country, and as a result, he has a unique and profound understanding of boxing. His goal at TITLE Boxing Club East Windsor is to bring the old-school back into boxing. Try one of his classes and you will be pushed beyond your limits – all while learning some awesome tips and tricks on the sweet science!

Tim

Tim has six years of boxing experience, where he learned different styles from different cities, and even abroad! When he is not at the TITLE Boxing Club, Tim is a firefighter in Highland Park where he is on call at a moment’s notice, and where he also coaches fitness classes for the other firefighters. Tim thinks that boxing is an art and a language, and his desire at TITLE Boxing Club East Windsor is to share his knowledge of this while helping people to stay strong and stay safe!

"If you can do this, you can do anything!"

Boxing benefits everybody - no matter their goal or where they begin.

My desire to save lives as a firefighter by staying fit and smart inspires me to never give up.

I’ve heard the classes are intense; do I need to be in great shape to do the workouts?

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never boxed before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re here, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!

I don’t want to get hit; is this a contact workout?

No—not ever! Each person in class has their own heavy bag to workout on, plus their own space to move around the bag. Trust us, you won’t even realize anyone else is in the class because you’ll be so focused on the workout! And, rest easy, we never allow sparring or fighting at TITLE Boxing Club.

What makes TITLE different than other fitness studios?

Boxing is a great workout, perhaps one of the most challenging of all sports, and we want to bring you the intensity of the training, minus the impact. We’ll teach you how to roll with the punches by pushing you further than you thought possible.

I’m new to boxing; will someone show me the basics?

You bet! All of our classes are taught by instructors who will show you the ropes from the beginning. We’ll help you wrap your hands and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in class is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!
