My why:
Fitness has changed my world. As a result, I developed a passion to make fitness accessible for everyone. Fitness continually allows me to become stronger physically, sharper mentally, and grow emotionally. I choose it everyday because I want to be the best version of myself. Combining two of my passions ; Fitness and teaching, I want to help you become the best version of yourself too.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Change is hard and doesnt happen overnight, but the beauty at the end is SO worth it. Showing up, seeing improvement, taking risks, giving grace, overcoming obstacles, becoming stronger and doing the unimaginable gives me the fighting spirit and so much joy. I want to be an example of a strong womanand hard workfor all the little people that look up to me. Empowering the young and old alike. If you want to lift heavy or hit a heavy bag, Im your girl.

My why:
I Love leading a ''TEAM'' or a Group of people . I Like bringing the Intensity out in others. There is just something really special about turning the music up and leading a group of people ALL hitting heavy bags together. Im all about fun and this workout is good healthy awesome FUN. The bigger the group the better!

What gives me my fighting spirit:
I want to live until Im 100 years old and be happy , healthy, and living my best life. Being the best I can be so my daughter will always look up to me and be proud of who her Dad is. I want to always try and be a positive influence in peoples lives .

TOUGH

My why:
I want to teach other kids how to be confident and to always stand up for themselves , so they do not get bullied. Ive always been a leader and have a lot of friends that look up to me so I want to be a good example for them.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
My parents are strong people and I follow their lead. They are really athletic and dedicated to being healthy and strong. I love playing sports and being active. Boxing, kickboxing, Taekwondo, and gymnastics have been my sports so far, but I want to start playing soccer, softball, and LAX. Boxing and Kickboxing will always keep me in shape for all the other sports I want to play.

My why:
I love to challenge myself in the gym. I like to push myself to the limit and then raise the bar. Title Workouts never fail to bring the intesnsity. Its all about how hard you push yourself. As long as you are putting in the effort, you'll get a killer workout every time.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
I've never been one to accept defeat. I would rather look back at challenges and know I walked out stronger and wiser than know I stayed down when life was getting the best of me.

FAQ's

I’ve heard the classes are intense; do I need to be in great shape to do the workouts?

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never boxed before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re here, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!

I don’t want to get hit; is this a contact workout?

No—not ever! Each person in class has their own heavy bag to workout on, plus their own space to move around the bag. Trust us, you won’t even realize anyone else is in the class because you’ll be so focused on the workout! And, rest easy, we never allow sparring or fighting at TITLE Boxing Club.

What makes TITLE different than other fitness studios?

Boxing is a great workout, perhaps one of the most challenging of all sports, and we want to bring you the intensity of the training, minus the impact. We’ll teach you how to roll with the punches by pushing you further than you thought possible.

I’m new to boxing; will someone show me the basics?

You bet! All of our classes are taught by instructors who will show you the ropes from the beginning. We’ll help you wrap your hands and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in class is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!
