Here’s a bit more about Bridget:
Exercise offered me consistency in an unforgiving world. In the middle of the pandemic, I became a primary caregiver while taking classes online. I felt lost in the uncertainty. I was incredibly lucky to have established exercise as my sense of consistency- it was all I had for a long time.
I started my coaching business to help people find consistency in an unpredictable world. I want to help you find your balance where achieving your goals makes you feel accomplished- whether it’s to get stronger, build muscle, lose weight, etc. You deserve to establish good relationships with food, exercise, and yourself.
I developed a style of programming that focuses on addressing muscular imbalances and reestablishing mind-muscle connection to prime your body for movement. I use the foundations of bodybuilding, strength, and yoga to help you create functional, smooth movement patterns while decreasing risk of injury. I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to helping you reach your goals.
