Hi! My name is Sakina. One year ago, I tried a boxing class at the suggestion of my teenage daughter who had recently joined Title Boxing Club Littleton. As soon as I walked in, members started introducing themselves to me. Although that first class was exhausting, the instructor was encouraging and I loved the 80’s music. This past year my husband, Navi, has also joined Title and you can usually find us at the 9 am classes. We thrive on the intensity of the workouts which include killer core exercises involving planks and medicine balls. We always feel so good and refreshed after our Title workouts. There is no better feeling than hitting the bag hard, expelling stress with every punch. The trainers are top notch and they are the reason why we keep returning. We’re hooked on Title Boxing Club Littleton!
