Choosing a gym to join can be extremely difficult, but here at TITLE Boxing Club Littleton, MA, we try to make it easier. We have an extremely supportive staff that will help you reach your boxing for fitness goals and will help push your body to its limits. We are able to do this by incorporating different workout techniques into one boxing workout. By utilizing a boxer’s workout, you have the ability to burn up to 1000 calories per workout, along with building muscle and sculpting the way you look and feel. We incorporate cardio, boxing, kickboxing, core and strength training all in one workout so that your body experiences an entire body workout. Lifting weights is great, but we want you to also lift yourself to be better each day.
Meet the Loras – Rolando, Pam, Marcos, Catalina, and Analucia – our TITLE Boxing Club Littleton, MA family of the month. The Loras joined our TITLE fam in 2017 and have been dedicated members ever since. By joining our boxing gym, the Loras have been able to experience a full-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training. Their dedication to our kickboxing, boxing, and high-intensity interval training classes have allowed them to hit their goals. Burning 1000 calories per workout has changed both their minds and bodies and has given them motivation to keep improving their boxing for fitness technique. Life is about balance…TITLE Boxing has helped our family balance working out, having fun & being able to enjoy the things we love –like ice cream!
I joined TITLE Boxing in December 2017 after being a member at another boxing like gym and was hooked from day 1! Soon thereafter, after much peer pressure (lol), I brought Rolando to a class where we then decided that a family membership was most ideal. We have 3 children and all are engaged in extracurricular activities, thus adding TITLE to their schedule was a great add on for their downtimes – we have a house rule that exercise is a must especially in today’s society where kids and adults can get easily sucked into the world of technology.
I guess if we reflect back in time, we learned through a very difficult and trying period that health was paramount to our overall well being. Our oldest daughter, Catalina, was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia in 2005 as an infant and that has served as a catalyst for us to value overall health and fitness. Because of this life event, we are always looking for opportunities to stay active and TITLE Boxing is simply one of the activities that we are committed to. When not at the gym, we remain active by looking for ways to stay in shape. Rolando leverages TITLE training to help him prepare for the Pan Mass Challenge, a 192 mile cycle ride across the state of MA. This year will be his 14th year riding and will cross 100K in fundraising! In addition, when not at a TITLE I enjoy Insanity and running with the girls as well.
Finally, TITLE sponsored a Newtrition Challenge that frankly was out of this world for Rolando – the Challenge put everything in perspective and more important the support received from the trainers, Team Lit staff and our fellow TITLE team members was extraordinary. TITLE Boxing Club Littleton isn’t simply another gym – it is a place that has welcomed us into their family and continues to help us achieve that life balance so that after we are done training we could simply enjoy that sweet ice cold ice cream!
