When she switched careers from writing greeting cards for American Greetings to writing web content, it took her to Columbus, OH and she joined the TITLE Boxing Club Westerville family.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys boxing, running, lifting, spinning, wine ;), and making TikTok videos. As a naturally nurturing person, Lauren loves to bring out the best in others. She loves making others feel special. TITLE Boxing Club allows her to highlight others’ strengths and provide a platform where people realize the best version of themselves, which brings everyone the utmost happiness!
My personal mantra
Do All Things With Kindness
My training style is:
connected
My why:
I made a decision to no longer accept the classification of a weak, girlie girl. I had my own battles to fight and needed thicker skin. So, to me, boxing is more than just a workout: It enables my fighting spirit and now apply that to everything I do!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I love building people up and empowering others to unleash the best/strongest version of themselves. Witnessing even the small accomplishment will send me over the moon!

My personal mantra
Everyone Dies Not Everyone Really Lives
My training style is:
Energetic and Transforming
My why:
There is nothing more rewarding in life then helping others achieve their goals. To many people are scared to try something because of a fear of failing, so they never even try. The reality is, the faster we fail, the faster we will succeed.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
Changing Lives. Anything you set your mind to, you can accomplish. The mind is way more powerful than most people realize. A life changing experience helped me understand the power of the mind, so I've made it my goal to help others understand it too.

Heart
My why:
To get people to hit their fitness goals. The progress I made was amazing, and I want to help others do the same!
What gives me my fighting spirit:
After putting on a lot of weight, weighing 260 lbs, there were things I could not physically do. So I said, “NO LONGER.” I set goals for myself and hit them. I refuse to ever go back to how I felt at 260 lbs.
