It's Family Night Month! Everybody's on the bag (kids, parents, care givers, grand parents, etc :) for a crazy-fun, kid-friendly, 30 min workout with games, challenges and tons of punches. Pizza and beverages after!

Come to Title Shelby May 17th as we box together to raise awareness of mental health issues and honor those who work in the mental health field. Free class for mental health professionals and $1 donated for every boxer who attends.

Faith Night is not like any workout experience you've had - 45 minutes of boxing followed by a faith focused message. This month, Coach Rockit will be sharing her message after 8 rounds of boxing from Coach Zolo & DJ Doug.

One Friday of the month, the 920 class at Title Shelby is all about mimosas, friends, fun and a killer workout! You'll get a calorie torching Boxing 45 class followed by sweet mimosas! You don't have to be a mom to come!
