When I joined TITLE, I was looking for a healthy hobby that would also help with my physique. I didn’t know anything about boxing except that it was supposed to be a great workout, so I thought I’d give it a try. I loved it right away! Everybody was super nice and so welcoming! All the trainers were willing to help.
Since joining TITLE, I’ve definitely noticed an increase in strength and a leaner physique. What I like most is how different boxing is from anything else I’ve tried. Every class is different, so it keeps you interested. You’re never doing the same exact thing any day or any class.
All of the trainers are great. You can tell that they love what they do. Everyone who is a member is so friendly as well, which is also comforting. The atmosphere at TITLE is so positive. You can be having a bad day, but right when you get to the club, your entire mood will change. It’s very therapeutic.
Since joining, I’ve gained a lot of self-confidence which I didn’t have before. I want to challenge myself, every single day. I even feel guilty for taking a day off. It may be cliché, but I honestly feel like it keeps me sane. Physically, my strength has increased which helps improve my workouts altogether.
It’s a great feeling when you’ve set a goal and finally accomplish it. I would absolutely recommend TITLE to anyone. I tell everybody how great it is! Just try it. You don’t know what TITLE is like until you try it.
Trust me, you are not alone. Almost everybody in the club has been in the same position at one point. Don’t let the workout intimidate you, instead use it as motivation to keep going and to get better. Even if you don’t get it right away, just be patient and stay confident. The trainers will help you get better, just work at it and you will improve. When you put in the effort and hard work, you will see great results. It’s so worth it!
