TITLE Boxing Club Danvers, MA wants to give a special shout out to Sarah DiTonno. Sarah has been part of the family for 3 years, and never ceases to amaze us all. Sarah has fought to change her body and mind by using our workouts, and the team acknowledges her as a member that not only pushes herself, but motivates everyone in the class. Here’s what Sarah has to say about her experience at our boxing gym in Danvers, MA:
Joining TITLE was one of the best decision I could have ever made. When I became a member 3 years ago, I only joined so I could get my workout in and lose weight for my brother’s wedding. I liked the idea a 60 minute power hour classes and being done with workout. I was slimming down and feeling great about myself. All that changed when I got diagnosed with cancer. I never thought I would be able to make it back to where I was when I had to take a year off. When I walked back into TITLE, I was welcomed with open arms and it was like nothing had changed. This community of people are like family to me. They helped me achieve everything I wanted to achieve and more. Day by day my energy increases and I was able to get my life back. When I would go to class, I stopped feeling that everyone was staring at me or looked at me just because I had cancer. I gained a sense of confidence that I had lost . The trainers made me believe in myself and I become a much stronger person. Through months of going to classes 4 times a week and personal training, I was able to lose over 45 pounds. They have taught me skills not just in how to box properly but to better my lifestyle. I could not be more happy and proud to be part of the TITLE family.
Sarah is a great example of what it means to be TITLE strong. Her hard work and persistence have helped her to stay active and fight – both in life and during her boxing workouts. At TITLE Boxing Club Danvers, MA, we’re extremely proud of her for staying strong and braving each challenge that comes her way.
