This is what 5 weeks of recommitment looks like. I struggled and struggled and struggled for over a year with getting back on track mentally and physically. Then I joined the 45-day-challenge at TITLE Cool Springs, which gave me the perfect jumping start platform for getting back in gear. In the last 5 weeks, I’ve recommitted, lost 15 pounds, re-fallen in love with boxing and working out, and most importantly, remembered why I started this whole thing in the first place. On the left, is me two years ago (Almost 300 lbs). On the right is me after the 45-day challenge. I lost 13 pounds by eating clean(er) and going to boxing classes 3-5 days a week. This challenge helped me realize how much I loved the weight loss journey I started 2 years ago, and how much I want to finish it.
