Pete

Pete started his fitness and combat sports training over 30 years ago.  He holds a 4th degree blackbelt in Karate, a 2nd degree blackbelt in TKD, a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  He is also a Muay Thai coach and has been weight training for the past 20+ years.  He loves nothing more than helping others find a passion for fitness thru his fun but challenging workouts!

My personal mantra:
Step outside your comfort zone

My training style is:
energetic

My why:
I love helping others achieve goals they didn't even know they could achieve

What gives me my fighting spirit:
As a lifelong martial artist I fight daily to be a better version of myself

Mike

As a two time Golden Gloves champion (receiving Outstanding Fighter of the Tournament), and ranked 5th amateur boxer in the United States, Mike has clear plans of becoming the Future Boxing World Champion!!

My personal mantra:
Hew who thinks he can and he who thinks he can't are both usually right

My training style is:
Authentic, Connected, Energetic, Heart, Brave, Fun & Transformative

My why:
I love what I do! I want to change the world and inspire others. Boxing is my gift.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
My life story. I want to leave a legacy and go down in history!

Katie

Katie made the choice to get fit and healthy 14 years ago after her daughter was born.  She fell in love with fitness on her journey to lose 150 lbs.  She loves running and has completed multiple 1/2 marathons, 1 full marathon, Tough Mudders and Spartan Races!  She recently received her NASM Personal Training certificate and is looking forward to helping others on their own fitness journey!

My personal mantra:
Train the quit out of you!

My training style is:
Heart

My why:
I fell in love with boxing the moment I tried it. It's a fun but challenging way to be a more fit healthier you! It also makes you happier since it's an amazing stress relief!

What gives me my fighting spirit:
My daughter. She is my biggest "why". I am always doing my best to push myself to be the best version of ME for HER.

Ali

Ali has always been into all things fitness! Her background is in yoga, jiu jitsu, basketball and ballet. However recently she has fallen in love with boxing!   First as a member of Title Boxing Club Littleton, and now as a trainer. As a nurse she knows the importance of healthy living on all fronts and wants to help you get the most out of your workouts!  Make sure to come see Ali at the club!

My personal mantra:
"Life is about the journey, not the destination." It reminds me to always stay in the moment. I always want to be working toward something, but enjoying every drop off the process.

My training style is:
Connected

My why:
I became a trainer here because when I was a member, boxing made me dig deep. Now, I want to give that to others.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
I'm not stopped by struggle, the best things that can be achieved are by way of struggle. Living this, gives me a fighting spirit.

Zach

Zach played soccer for his entire life. He always wanted to try boxing but never had the courage.  Finally he started going to his hometown boxing gym and ended up staying for more than 2 years! Zach had his first amateur fight in July of 2017 and ever since then has been focusing on helping his teammates prepare for their own turn in the ring.  Zach loves the history of the sport of boxing. As a recent graduate of UMass Lowell, you can find Zach teaching classes or helping out at our front desk on weekends!

My personal mantra:
Work hard enough that your worst, is better than your opponent’s best

My training style is:
Authentic

My why:
I wanted a job that I would look forward to doing everyday. Boxing has a been a big part of my life the last two years and I wanted to give back to it.

What gives me my fighting spirit:
Everyone at my gym, they’ve given me so much and I want to represent them the best that I can.

Soto

The sport of karate introduced Soto to his love of competition! He spends his time learning as much as he can about boxing, kickboxing and athletics. Soto’s goal as a trainer is to share that experience in an effective, engaging workout.

My personal mantra:
Fight for today!

My training style is:
Connected, energetic, heart

My why:
I love the blend of classic boxing conditioning and workout culture!

What gives me my fighting spirit:
There’s nothing like the rush of a good workout. No other experience teaches so much about oneself; everyone should have a place to share in that, with other likeminded people.

Liam

Liam played football, baseball and volleyball all through his youth, and he competed on and off in amateur boxing and Thai kickboxing for around 8 years. Coupling his undergrad in nutritional sciences with an impending masters degree in dietetics, Liam teaches others how to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. At TITLE Boxing Club Littleton, Liam encourages others in their fitness journey through his boxing classes.

"To become a champion, fight one more round."

My training style is:
Authentic

My why:
Boxing and kickboxing have taught Liam a tremendous amount about self-discipline and self-efficacy, and it is something that he would like to pass on to others.

The concept that you are only as good as the work you are willing to do to prepare.

Hi, I’m Erin, owner of TITLE Boxing Club – Littleton, MA. Thank you for visiting our page!

On a fairly regular basis, members ask me how I ended up opening a boxing and kickboxing fitness club when I have a computer science degree and left a comfortable position in Corporate America. I always say that it comes down to my love for fitness and people. Throughout my life, I have always been passionate about being active, staying fit and helping others. So after 20+ years in Corporate America, I finally made the leap out from behind the desk and into the club!

TITLE Boxing Club Littleton has already started to evolve into a community of dedicated members. For me personally, I love to see the enthusiasm and excitement from new and seasoned boxers alike on a day to day basis. It is truly a joy to see people achieve their fitness goals first hand. I am finding that I am learning from everyone I meet in the club. Our family of members represents a wide spectrum of skill levels, from those who have been boxing and kickboxing for years, to those who are putting on gloves for the first time.

My Story: I have been a boxing fan since I was 12 years old so 30 years now. I always wanted to learn it and see if I could get in great shape like “the guys on TV”. In 2007 I joined another boxing gym and learned some good fundamentals and conditioning and was as physically fit as I ever was. I had an unfortunate incident when I was sparring a boxer from another club, I wound up with a busted blood vessel in my eye and a concussion. 3 months later I fell ill at work and ended up in the ER with viral meningitis and a terrible migraine. This led to me being a migraine sufferer every day for the next 5 years. I had a great neurologist and unwavering help and support from my wife and except for the occasional migraine related to stress or over exerting...

FAQ's

I’ve heard the classes are intense; do I need to be in great shape to do the workouts?

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never boxed before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re here, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!

I don’t want to get hit; is this a contact workout?

No—not ever! Each person in class has their own heavy bag to workout on, plus their own space to move around the bag. Trust us, you won’t even realize anyone else is in the class because you’ll be so focused on the workout! And, rest easy, we never allow sparring or fighting at TITLE Boxing Club.

What makes TITLE different than other fitness studios?

Boxing is a great workout, perhaps one of the most challenging of all sports, and we want to bring you the intensity of the training, minus the impact. We’ll teach you how to roll with the punches by pushing you further than you thought possible.

I’m new to boxing; will someone show me the basics?

You bet! All of our classes are taught by instructors who will show you the ropes from the beginning. We’ll help you wrap your hands and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in class is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!
