Success Story | Susan Connors

TITLE Boxing Club Littleton, located in Massachusetts is a boxing and fitness studio that utilizes a boxer’s workout in a group fitness class. Group fitness classes provide a sense of community that push you to accomplish your goals. Hi, I’m Susan Connors, I live in Harvard, MA and I’m 53 years old. I saw the sign for a free boxing class in December 2016, went to their GrandOpening event, met Erin and the Title Instructors and I’ve been hooked ever since! Being part of the Title family has truly changed my life. I’ve always been active, working more than full time and being the mother of three kids, but never considered myself an athlete.   I’m now in the best shape of my life — ideal weight (I dropped two dress sizes), low blood pressure and great resting heart rate, and even completed the Jimmy Fund marathon walk in September. But boxing is not just about losing weight and getting tone, boxing has given me confidence in myself, provided an outlet for stress and introduced me to new friends. I’m especially grateful for the 5:30 a.m. crew (Steve, Melissa, Tom, and Jen) that motivate me to get up at 4:30 a.m. so we can catch up, get in shape, and start our respective days with some sweat and smiles!
