How long have you been a member of TITLE Boxing Club?
I’ve been a member of TITLE for almost 2 years.

What does your TITLE Family mean to you?
My TITLE family means so much to me. It means always having support in my corner. I can’t imagine reaching some of my latest fitness goals without the encouragement of my TITLE family.

What is the #1 lesson you have learned by joining TITLE?
Give it your all! Whether it’s a 5 a.m. class or a 7 p.m. class, you gotta dig deep & give it your all to reach your goals.

What fitness goals have you accomplished since becoming a member and how have you reached them?
I was stuck at a plateau for sometime and I decided to join a challenge at TITLE. That challenge gave me the spark that I needed. Since February, I am down 24 lbs. With maintaining good eating habits, attending classes 2-3 times a week and training for an upcoming Tough Mudder with TITLE, I can see myself continuing to reach my fitness goals at TITLE.

What advice would you like to give to others who are trying TITLE Boxing for the first time?
Go at your own pace and if you’re confused feel free to ask questions!

What is a fun fact about yourself others would be surprised to know?
I’m one of 7 and my parents almost named me Gretel.

What is your favorite thing about being a part of our TITLE Family?
The friendships that have come from being a part of TITLE has truly been my favorite part! From dance parties during class or just encouraging one another during partner rounds, the bonds have been the best part.

Overall, how has your experience been with TITLE Boxing Club?
I’ve loved being at TITLE. Every trainer makes you feel supported and so important. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a smile. This is a club for everyone. It’s not about where you’re at when you start TITLE, but where TITLE will help your story go!
