TITLE Boxing Club Manchester, NH is highlighting the success of Kaitlyn Tomasello this month. Kaitlyn has shown tremendous perseverance and passion when it comes to her fitness and health. She has been a member at TITLE Boxing Club Manchester, NH for over 1 year now and has made great strides towards accomplishing her goals. Here at TITLE, we believe that our members do not only come to our classes because we are a local gym located near them, but because they buy in to our brand and our culture. We use a boxer’s workout to enhance the body and to change our members mentality when it comes to fitness. Our goal is to help you challenge yourself by hitting the bag and fighting through your personal challenges. We encourage this by providing our members with a full body workout that incorporates different techniques such as high intensity interval training, cardio, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, core, and strength.
The trainers even go a step further to offer one on one private training sessions. During these sessions, our experienced trainers will not intimidate, but inspire you to become the champion of your life. They will drive your body to limits that help accelerate results. After leaving our workouts at TITLE Boxing Club Manchester, NH, you will become obsessed with the feeling that your body can now do things that you didn’t know it could. Kaitlyn Tomasello is a member who has bought into this mentality and has used our techniques to better her life and to boost her confidence. Here is what Kaitlyn has to say about her time at TITLE Boxing Club:
I have been a TITLE member since March 2017 after being dragged to a class by a friend and co-worker who wanted to take advantage of the FIRST SHOT FREE promo. Coming up on my one year anniversary in just under two weeks, I no longer have to be dragged to class. Actually, I haven’t had to be dragged to class since. I fell in love with the sport, the class, and the club. Prior to TITLE I wasn’t doing much along the lines of working out, unless of course you consider lugging groceries into the house in one trip on a weekly basis exercise. The timed aspect of TITLE classes has been the most beneficial element for me in my journey. Knowing that there is a start time and an end time (and that there is a group of others going through what I am), I can stay focused throughout class and establish accountability standards. It is so easy to go to a regular box gym and give up after 15 minutes on an exercise bike if you aren’t feeling it that particular day. Not so much with TITLE. I try to hit up at least four classes a week. Some weeks I do this and more; other weeks I am limited on account of busy schedule cycles at work. Either way, I know I’m going to get a great workout when I do have the opportunity to go. I have also taken advantage of the Personal Training opportunities at TITLE to work on my strength conditioning and flexibility. That individual one-on-one attention in like no other. Since joining I have lost 15lbs and built up muscle in my legs and arms. In year two, my goal is to double that and lose an additional 30 lbs. Having lost over 60 lbs twice in my life (and gaining it all back and then some) in short periods of time, I am thrilled to have found this slow and steady approach to a healthier me. TITLE is a family; all-be-it a slightly dysfunctional one at times (but what family isn’t). We motivate and encourage each other through the good and bad. We have themed classes and events where individual personalities can shine amongst the group. Each class you attend will have familiar faces. Of those faces, 90% will be full of smiles. The other 10% don’t come in with a smile but certainly leave with one after letting out their frustrations on the bags. I can’t tell you the numbers of times TITLE has been my outlet under the most stressful of times. #punchinghelps. The stories from the Manchester TITLE alone have inspired me a great deal. So much so that I have embarked on a journey to visit other TITLE clubs in the United States and document my experiences. My blog, The TITLE of my Story, is an honor to share with others and has not only been an opportunity to learn about others, but has been a path to self-discovery as well. Although I am behind in writing about two of my visits, I love hearing about different TITLE stories and seeing the similarities and differences between the clubs. Dorothy put it best though…There is no place like HOME!
Thank you Kaitlyn for being a part of our TITLE Boxing Club Family.
