Sarah’s Success Story

Shout out to our member, Sarah Kontos! Sarah has been a tremendous asset to the TITLE Boxing Club Manchester, NH fam since 2017. Sarah is a dedicated member who spends 3 days a week with us, working on her body and building confidence. Our boxing, kickboxing, cardio, and HIIT classes have helped her in transforming her mind and challenging her body. Choosing a gym to join can be extremely difficult, but here at TITLE Boxing Club Manchester, NH  we try to make it easier.

We have an extremely supportive staff that will help you reach your goals and will help push your body to its limits. We are able to do this by incorporating different workout techniques into one workout. By utilizing a boxer’s workout, you have the ability to burn up to 1000 calories per workout, along with building muscle and sculpting the way you look and feel. We incorporate cardio, boxing, kickboxing, core and strength training all in one workout so that your body experiences an entire body workout. Lifting weights is great, but we want you to also lift yourself to be better each day. Through TITLE’s boxing for fitness classes, Sarah managed to lose 65 lbs, and she has felt more confident and healthier than ever. Here’s what Sarah has to say about her experience with TITLE.

Since joining TITLE Boxing in October 2017, I’ve lost 65 lbs and 5 dress sizes. My cholesterol dropped 25 points. My skin is shiny. I require less sleep. I have muscles in places I never knew I could. I have endurance. My knees no longer hurt. I feel years younger. I stand taller and I breathe better. I’m happy and my outlook is sunny and positive.

I started this journey struggling through five sit ups. Now, I can *almost* keep up with Thousand Rep Thursdays (Trust me: that’s impressive.)

TITLE has truly CHANGED MY LIFE. I was never athletic. I was a constant yo-yo dieter, and I lacked the motivation to workout. I tried my first class for free and it completely kicked my butt! Yet, I was hooked at “first punch”!

Now, I go three times a week and I look forward to it each and every time. It’s my hour to make myself stronger and better. It’s the hardest workout I’ve ever done, and I find myself consistently craving more. The music starts, the bell rings, and the sweat just pours off of me. It’s hot, it’s hard, and I freaking love it. No turning back. My life is forever changed for the better. #boxingforlife
