Dara, TITLE Boxing Club North Andover, MA member, has shown tremendous dedication to hitting her health and fitness goals. Dara has been a part of our club for 5 years now, and her hard work during that time has paid off. She has taken our boxing techniques and put them to the test in our group fitness classes. At our studio, we pride ourselves in pushing our members to be the best they can be, while supplying them with the tools that they need. Our trainers coach on technique, yet they act as motivators for all of our members. The classes are a combination of boxing, core, HIIT, and kickboxing rounds. While our group classes do last approximately 60 minutes, we also offer private training for those who want to take their training and fitness to the next level. TITLE Boxing Club North Andover, MA is not only a boxing studio, but a place where people such as Dara can come in and release that day’s stress. We work to be the best hour of someone’s day. I joined TITLE Boxing Club North Andover in the fall of 2013. It was my first time exercising since reaching the pinnacle of my weight gaining career of 250+ lbs. At this weight, I knew it was neither healthy or sustainable. Then Title Boxing Club, North Andover entered my life. I remember during my first class with Patrick Kelly that I could barely lift my legs an inch off the ground, but he kept encouraging me to do as much as I could each day and build on it. So I did. Three times a week on average, I boxed my heart out, sweating an ocean. I gradually realized this wasn’t an ordinary workout rather it was extraordinary. I had done other aerobics programs, but this time it was different. Here, you get to hit things and hard. It felt great to unleash and set the mind for a day of success. With a plan in place, I proceeded to do occasional strength training sessions with other trainers to learn how to gain muscle. I worked this into my routine of walking, HIIT running and weight training sessions, and magically my weight started to melt away. It’s been almost 5 years and it’s the only membership I have never canceled or quit on. It’s my lifestyle and it works. To date I have lost approximately 80 pounds and have 20 pounds to go. I am 100% sure I will make goal weight this year.
