Tara Marchello is our member of the month!
A little bit about Tara: Tara spent her first career as a performer and was very athletic as a dancer. Through life changes, injury, and going back to school for a second career, she lost focus on maintaining physical strength. She gradually started putting physical activity back on the forefront of her life to stay healthy, but also because she never wanted to lose the dancer in herself.
What brought Tara to TITLE Boxing Club State Line: She first became interested in TITLE Boxing Club over a year ago, as it seemed fun and always active, just what a former dancer loves! Anything that’s active with catchy music drives her and she saw TITLE Boxing Club as a way to get back a piece of that dancer in her. It’s a full body work out that keeps her cardiovascular health in shape, which is her #1 goal. In addition, she’s able to work on agility, strength, and endurance. With a busy lifestyle, she can get a full body workout in less than an hour.
Why does Tara keep coming to TITLE Boxing Club State Line: TITLE Boxing Club has shown Tara that she still has fight and strength and she doesn’t have to be held back by time that has passed or injuries that have changed her. She can work at any level and still be empowered, and even demonstrate that she’s stronger than she thought! Patience and perseverance are needed, but you can get there. The team at Title Boxing welcome all, regardless of their fitness or body shape. That right there keeps her coming! Tara believes, ‘The instructors motivate and challenge you without pressure to go beyond your limits. We are all at a different place. Strength and health come in all shapes and sizes. TITLE Boxing Club supports that!’
