1. Loving and hating your trainer simultaneously.
We all go through this, so you are not alone. You’ve got 30 seconds left of a long, hard plank at the end of your core workout and your trainer counts down, “29, 28, 27, 27, 27, 27…” and you catch their devilish gaze. Funny ones, those TITLE Boxing Club trainers, but even though you want to throw a medicine ball at them sometimes, they are the ones pushing you to become the very best version of yourself through the sweat and tears. And we thank them for it every single time. *fist bumps all around*
2. You’re sore [literally] all the time.
When you work out at TITLE Boxing Club, you experience chronic leg day. And you love it! Hardly a week goes by where you won’t have sore shoulders, biceps, abs, legs and glutes. It simply means that you’re putting in the work to get a stronger and leaner body every day. Because that’s what boxing on a heavy bag does, and we wouldn’t trade it for the world!
3. Being able to wear anything you want.
It’s hard enough to decide what to wear every morning, but when you’ve been working out at TITLE Boxing Club and feeling amazing about your body lately, getting dressed is even harder. You simply feel great in everything you try on! Go ahead, tell yourself you have nothing to wear, and treat yourself to a better-body shopping spree! You’ve worked hard to feel and look great, so you deserve it.
4. Not being skinny. (Being strong!)
If you’ve always wanted to be skinny, don’t come workout with us. Because TITLE Boxing Club loyalists never claim to be skinnier; they just claim to be stronger, leaner, and more confident. It’s the kind of body boxing will give you, and we think that’s a great thing.
5. Feeling embarrassingly happy every day.
If you don’t want to walk around with a smile on your face, high on feel-good endorphins on a daily basis, then TITLE Boxing Club is not for you. Boxing and kickboxing is the type of resistance workout that helps you to release the daily stresses of life, and walk away feeling better about your day. If that’s not a feeling you want to experience, better not take your first class free.
