At TITLE, we’re all about helping members achieve optimal physical and mental health. We provide a stress-relieving and calorie-scorching punching power hour, and while the benefits of our workout are undeniable, we also encourage you to take a few extra steps to ensure a happy and healthy mind. One of our favorite practices for improving mood, promoting motivation, and supporting mental health, is speaking positive affirmations. When you speak something into the world you give it life! You keep those spoken ideas, goals, and thoughts in the front of your mind. Speak your desires into existence and your subconscious will start to believe them to be true. It’s simple, free, and quick…so what are you waiting for??

We challenge YOU to declare all 25 of these positive affirmations every day for a week. You can do it anywhere…in the shower, in the car, while you’re cooking dinner, or anywhere else you feel comfortable. Say them loud and proud, then be amazed at how this practice starts to improve your mindset.
