If you’ve ever opened Instagram, chances are you’ve seen several famous fitness accounts. Health and fitness are more popular on social media channels than they’ve ever been – and it keeps growing! People look to these accounts for motivation, workout ideas and tips. Fitness influencers on Instagram are sometimes shamed for showing off too much of their bodies, endorsing too many products or posting photoshopped images of themselves.
At TITLE Boxing Club, we encourage a healthy, motivational and supportive environment no matter where you are in your fitness journey. When we need motivation and inspiration, these are our favorite fitness accounts:
Karena and Katrina
@karenadawn @katrinaascott @toneitup
a.k.a. the Tone It Up girl bosses and best friends who built an incredible fitness empire. More than that, they’ve built an inspiring and empowering fitness community. They’re with you every step of your fitness journey through their custom workout series and meal plan guides. They also just finished a national fitness tour that was every ounce of #SquadGoals and launched their Studio Tone It Up app! Give these girls a follow if you love females empowering other females.
Kayla Itsines
@kayla_itsines
Kayla Itsines is one of the most well-known Instagram fitness influencers. She was one of the first to gain a massive following by sharing her workouts with the world. Since she first started, she’s now launched multiple workout plans and has a community following of almost 8 million. Her workouts are known for being hard and delivering incredible results. It also doesn’t hurt that she lives in beautiful Australia and oozes positivity and motivation. Get inspired by Kayla and her community!
Ali Raisman
@alyraisman
You might recognize her as part of the USA Olympic Gymnastic team who totally crushed the 2012 and 2016 Olympics winning a combined total of six medals. You might also remember her for the Sports Illustrated shoot she was a part of. She confidently stood up for strong female bodies and showed all of us that strong is sexy. If you’re looking for motivation and workout ideas, give her a follow.
Primal Swoledier
@primal.swoledier

Larry Donald
@larry_donald
Larry Donald is one of our very own TITLE Boxing Club trainers and a go-to trainer for celebrities in the Nashville area. He works with celebrities such as Thomas Rhett and Brandi Cyrus and the mitt-work sessions he posts will have you running to the nearest club. When he’s not on tour training his clients, you can catch him throwing hands and doing mitt-work himself. Give him a follow to be motivated to throw on some gloves and find your inner boxer.
No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, a strong community is important for motivation, but most importantly, to lean on when you need it the most. Like all of the accounts above, TITLE Boxing Club strives to share quality posts from the #TITLEFam to inspire and empower you at all stages of your fitness journey.
